    Physical titles are prone to be lost. Whether it gets stolen, lost by floods, fires, or earthquakes... Thereโ€™s a lot that can happen.
    What can we do to replace it if you canโ€™t find it? Is it a matter of just filing an affidavit of loss and you get a new copy?

    Hello Atty. The Provincial in our hometown was burn late 1970's I think and all the titles including the title of our late lola and lolo were included. All their heirs had already passed away. Some of their grandchildren are still alive. What should we do? Please notice me ๐Ÿฅน I already went to ROD to ask for a copy, but they don't have on their records. The OCT is already gone. We only have Tax Dec and Certification from Provincial.

    My father obtained and titled a land in 1954 and we know it only this year 2023. So far we got a certification from the clerk of court certifying that said lot no. 322, PLS 10 was indeed titled property of my father. What shall we do for we went to LRA and accessors office but to no avail. Thank you. I am an heir being a son.

    Atty magandang gabi po ask ko lng sana. Can i put the name of my legal children po sa land title ns nabili ko since noong dalaga pa. Ako so it is under my single name only Now. May mga legitimate na anak na Ako. Gusto ko pabago tct ng lot isama ko nsme ng mga abak ko since sila po legal benificiary ko at mg mmna nito kahit maliit lng ang lote. At do kslakihan. Hindi po ba kahit nasa name ko po ito noong dalaga ako. Hindi po ba. Automatic dahil mother po nila ako sila po mg mmna nito may iniwan mn ako will or wala.     Attorney ask lang po, ipapa ammend po ang deed of sale, dahil hindi naka pirma yung anak sa deed of Sale.(co-owner) ama lang naka pirma.
    Buyer po ako, ano po pwede namin ipagawa na supplemental document para maisama ang pirma at pangalan ng anak sa deed of sale.

      Ang maganda po dyan, new deed of sale na naka dagdag na ang signatory. Then if na process na po with different agencie, you just have to explain mo ano ang nangyari.

      Check the land status with DENR...get V-37....after checking the status and wala pang new owner dun, applyan nyo...
