- The new ipad have been out for a couple of weeks now and iv gotten a decent amount of time with them to play test and compare with the prior generation. Truth be told, theres not much going on in terms of upgrades from the prior M1 ipads, however, if coming into the iPad realm for the first time, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Was the blooming present on the m2 12.9”? I just bought a 12.9”m1 and notice the blooming but I can’t complain since I only paid $750
I still cant find a reason to upgrade from my 12.9 inch 2018 iPad Pro. Its still a beast and offers every feature I could want. The only thing I do want off of the newer models is mini LED, but the display on the 2018 is still so good that I don't feel like I am missing much. Maybe when the M1 iPad Pro comes down in price I will get it, but the 2018 to me is still the best iPad money can buy, even in 2022.
I bought the 2020 model it’s great as well I think ima stick with it about 5 more years
ROOKIES THE IPAD PRO M2 IS A MONSTER
The difference between the 2018 vs the M2 is apps and websites open more than twice as fast, and you can play Apex Legends and the like on 4k Extreme graphics setting at 60hz with all the options turned on, WHILE charging, and watching a Picture in Picture stream and the iPad isn’t getting hot
I’m currently rocking the 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 inch along side with the iPad mini 6 with 5G. I am thinking about upgrading only because the full monitor support

My 2015 12.9 does everything I need. It is slow to load Apple News and similar. I’m still getting the latest updates. Battery life still very good. Typing this on my 2015 12.9.

I got the 11, brought tit back and got the 12.9 because of the xdr screen, once you try it you can't go back!
I just got the 12.9 m2, it just feels unnecessarily big at times so going to try the 11’ although I feel the mini led screen will bring me back

If you have the budget, definitely get the m2. It’s a lot more powerful than the m1. Otherwise the m1 is also very powerful

@@TheJuanOnly Ok.. here is a list of apps I plan to use.. Fender Play, its a guitar lessons created by Fender.. Gibson Guitar lessons app, Fender Tone, a app that allows you to change, edit and create effects and preset on my Fender GTX guitar amp.. Marshall Gateway, does the samething as the Fender tone but for Marshall Code 25 and 50 watt amps.. The Spark app, an app for the Positive Grid Spark modeling amp.. Katana Librarian and the Katana Air app, apps for the Boss Katana MKII guitar amps.. Mantis from the Laser Academy, an app used to dry fire indoor target practicing, this app utilizes the camera to stare and targets and keep score, and finally, Final Cut Pro... I have it on my mac mini but apparently I have to get another copy for the tablet.. so based on all of this, which would you go with, the 12.9 or the 11?
