  • The Supreme Court is hearing arguments in Donald Trump’s broad presidential immunity claim. The arguments focus on Trump's criminal charges over his attempt to overturn the 2020 election results and whether they should be dismissed based on that broad claim of immunity. The decision could impact Trump’s criminal trial in Washington, D.C., the criminal classified documents case in Florida and the election interference criminal trial in Georgia.

I love how they refer to Jefferson, Washington etc. Your system of justice and democracy is ridiculous. Undemocratic voting system. To register yourself, so you can vote. Anywhere else where is democracy, every adult gets in their post box envelope with voting leaves, each party has one with names of candidates. With your laws and constitution you live in 18th and 19th century. When do you take voting right from women and people of colour will be slaves again? You're really making America great again. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Our supreme court does not create laws just solves court appeals, do not create laws. Our jurisdical system is not based on stare decisis like in US. We also don't have jury with 11 jurors. Just two jurors that with a judge decide about guilt. There is always some decision - 2 vs 1 or all 3 decided the same. Supreme court judge's term is 10 years.
