Nothing is set in stone just yet. Amorim can still join Liverpool
But he won't because of FSG cheapskates
He just flew with a private jet to london for west ham.
He's joining west ham

What like alison or virgil ?who they paid top money for, or the 110m they bid for caiceido?? Your comment makes no sense
â@@joeexotic5831Alison and virg both paid for with the Coutinho money, Caicedo bid was just to trick Chelsea into spending ÂŁ100 mil on a dud and it worked perfectly!
â@@joeexotic5831 Ali and Virg were bought by Coutinho sale money, and 110m bid was after we freed up wages and we were spending in a midfielder after 4yrs
@andrewlane8949 we sold 3 players and got in about 40m, we bought 3 players, macallister soboslai and endo, they cost around 80/100m combined, we offered 110m for caiceido, now am not carol vorderman, but thats a lot more going out than coming in, so please elaborate. Thats not to mention in their time, diaz and nunez, who did we sell for them ????? And then before that we bought ali and virgil mainly with coutinho money. Please explain as your point just makes no sense at all. Liverpool is a profitable business as well as competitive. Do you want us to do a CITY ?
You don't know that,yet

To my knowledge, Michel Edward style is to work on getting the new manager behind the scenes. He will surprise us with Klopp successorâŠand I am confident it will be a nice surprise! Letâs save our energy now to focus on supporting our boys on the remaining 5 PL matches.
Trust in Michael Edwards tbh. They know far more about recruitment and who the right man is than any of us do

They signed Brendon Rogers.
Do they though?

At this point better Antonio conte
NO Liverpool fan will accept Mourinho. NOT 1 true fan could
Surprise surprise, it's FSGs transfer window all over.
Pretend negotiations with top targets. offer well below what is expected, top targets pull out of negotiations and we will end up with the cheapest option.
Expecting Roy Hodgson back at this rate
Is that how they got Klopp to sign? Ffs man
Could be worse, we could end up with Brenda again?
Really lad, because when they were rebuilding the club they didnât go and get klopp. They arenât gonna make money if Liverpool becomes a mid table club. Why r are you acting like they want to sabotage us. Thatâs bad for us and them, speak with some sense, the only reason weâre out in the Amorim race is because weâve probably found someone. Thereâs no way he would take West Ham over Liverpool, we have far more resources than West Ham so itâs not about money either. Instead of being angry and getting all emotional, use your brain. They got the appointment spot on last time
â@@jak493 true not sure which is worse but cannot see it happening as FSG would have to pay compo to celticmthats to much as we are a poor club
I already saw this when Amorim spoke to journalists
What's the issue with pleading with Pep Linders to stay?
You can't compel a man to stay who wants to leave the club. Also , it's good for him and he definitely requires some experience in coaching a first team in a lower league. Coaching Liv right away would be added pressure for him and coul possibly hinder his growth as a Manager.
We need to calm down.
Think back to all of our player signings. Not one of them have been publicised until they're basically signed.
Keep in mind that EVERYTHING at the club is done behind closed doors, and none of these journalists know any more than you or me until the signing breaks.
Yes Pep Linders is the right man he knows best
No he ain't no were near
Not a chance, time for a tactical change. New start, new ideas
Unambitious FC
Now that Amorim's off the list , I would prefer De Zerbi over all other candidates just because he is a decent tactician/coach and has coaching experience in the PREMIER LEAGUE. That sets him apart. The only side he should improve would be on his youth development skills. Other than that he's fine.
Thats the day I will stop supporting Liverpool if they appoint Mourinho
RB Leipzig manager Marco Rose could be ok if we donât get Amorim
TRUE
If Amorin isn't knocking down doors and jumping fences to get to us. Then he's not right for us. Any manager that's linked shouldn't have to be convinced or courted. They should be making a beeline for the club like Klopp did.
Why hasnât Paul Joyce mentioned it ?
I was thinking the same heâs the most reliable out of the rest once he breaks it then Iâll actually believe it I feel heâs more in the loop on this managerial search than anybody else is at the moment.
David ornstein also reliable
No hes not,hes a spoofer â@GREGGFOWL
Everybody jumped on the Amorim train. Dudes, maybe there is something underwhelming about him.
Mourinho is a legendary manager disregarding what you think of him. He is a top manager and has won so many trophies without needing much time or a full project.
The club knows what they are doing. There has been a plan in place before Klopp announced his leaving
I think that's wishful think pal
Well obviously there is no plan
I think the plan is Alonso. With Amorim I think he's never been a plan in the first place. He's just a name that LFC gives to the media/journalist.
@@baronreyhan1650heâs staying at his club. Already confirmed by him
If there's a plan I'd like to see it
I think the best thing to do is to wait until June 1st when Edwards and Highes actually officially start work.
Remember how can we sign a manager when we donât have a director of football? Whatâs changed?
Letâs not be like Klopp wanting Brandt instead of listening to Edwards wanting Salah. Give them the befit of the doubt until itâs actually a problem.
We do our transfers under the radar, same with the manager. Calm down for heavens sake, Amorim has got title to win, let him concentrate on that

If De zerbi somehow manages to get a draw against mancity, I will very much welcome him as our manager đ
I've said for months Graham Potter. Always falls on deaf ears âïž
If we dont get Amorim then I would think our best option would be to throw everything to hold on to Pep Lijnders.. he knows the club, knows the players and would be a popular choice in the dressing room.. and surely he has learned a thing or 2 from his years working with Klopp
Here's a thing..With Michael Edwards back at the club with more power over the playing side of the club .He isnt going to have a manager that could cause conflict i.e. Mourinho...He will pick a manager who is easily managed...
Lol. What if we get David Moyes?
Settle down Craig we have always been shrewd and silent in player transfer moves and they've worked out pretty well, let's keep some faith the manager search will play out in the same way. Just because nothing has been announced or confirmed by the club, doesn't mean nothing has happened.
Oh my gosh. Why was this not sorted and dealt with in December when Klopp made his announcementâŠâŠurgh
If we're getting outplayed by West Ham, then that's worrying. I also don't feel comfortable with any of the other options.
Don't expect any major signings either, they'll sell any squad player they can.
Calm down Craig, deep breath, think about it. The managers we want, both going for titles, Alonso is gone, Amorim has not openly denied he's leaving
I love and appreciate everything Klopp has done for our club, but itâs time for him to go. Even if Klopp was staying, I think weâve become too predictable. The thing Klopp struggles with is adapting quickly when things arenât going well. We didnât have answers all of last season.
Iâll be very disappointed if we donât get Amorim, he excited me the most out of all the candidates.
When de zerbi & Brighton defeat ManC on Thursday, Roberto the italian stallion đźwill be odds on favourite. He is also very admired by Klopp.
Here in the Netherlands people says that Liverpool talks with Arne Slot from Feyenoord.
Of this is true? I donât know but that is in our â voetbal international â news.

Yh what i heard favorite this is a joke

Whoever follows Klopp to Liverpool has a massive and impossible job to do. If I were a great coach, I would wait until after dust settles from the failure of whoever follows Klopp, then begin the huge rebuild. Liverpool management seems a mess ( it has been for a while ). Many player changes and confusion will follow the Great Klopp era.
I would understand why Amorim and Alonso turn down the chance to be the manager of Liverpool. These two guys although they are considered excellent, feels that they are still not ready to take on such a big job managing Liverpool. They know the expectation and pressure they would face which is probably 10 times much higher than Leverkusen or Sporting Lisbon. They know it would be quite impossible to emulate Klopp. That is probably the main reason why these two gentleman rejected this job. Liverpool have no choice but to go for an experience manager...someone like Zidane or Hansi Flick or even Niko kovac. These three guys are proven winners and they had managed real big clubs before. So they would know how to manage Liverpool.
I don't know why people hate Jose morinho he is Trophy winner..just he has to work on his character.and attitude.
But if My club misses amorim
Morinho is the Man..
I think succeeding Jurgen Klopp is the most difficult and risky management job in the business at the moment especially given where we are in the league! The potential for things to go bad are huge and who realistically wants to take that on!?
Craig,i had the biggest fright of my life, seeing,Jose, sitting in the stands, this cannot be,Jose forLiverpool
Feels like weâre constantly punched in the gut regarding a new manager, maybe Amorim is asking for way too much? Will we end up with De ZerbiâŠ..
Whatâs wrong with that
De Zerbi is a good choice. Nunez, Robbo, Konate sold for big bucks, move Salah to a loitering RF in a 3-4-1-2, with Macca at the CAM, Trent in midfield, Szobo at RM.
Find a CB who can pass the ball, and a left footed player. GG
@@macriggland6526Yes, I get it, but the idea we are getting the 3rd-4th choice instead does not sit well.
@@LoyalFan9383 He has potential but De Zerbi is reported to be a stubborn Manager who finds it hard to recalibrate his preferred style of play, thatâs why Brighton concedes too many goals, I think they are on +2 at the moment.
why donât we go for someone like Inzaghi from Inter? heâs already an elite class manager
NOT FUCKIN MOURINHO NO NO NO
Not east as ABC getting the âright manâ in. Competition is fierce and big shoes to fill. Agree, not much out there worth considering after Amorim and Alonso.
FYI..... It's Amorim or Pep . Remember Michael Edwards is 50% of the deal. We are half way home.
I doubt any announcement will be made until the end of the season anyway so i wouldn't be panicking just yet.. I cannot see Amorim going to West Ham surely he would be more likely to stay at Sporting for CL football. If the story last week about it not being an obvious choice perhaps it will be Potter. Slot suddenly came from know where so perhaps he is on the radar. While it does feel a bot like our search for a DM player at the beginning of the season i doubt the search for a manager will be as public and they will want the chase for the title sorted first to avoid distractions.
I donât recall Jose being at the Fulham game. I hope youâre not referring to that picture floating around of him sitting in a red New Balance branded LFC chair, clearly not at Craven CottageâŠ
Too early for Amorim. Everyone is deluded about him. Jeez
The way I can see is going, they prepare the way for Steven Gerrard to have a go at it for a season, until Klopp have his one year break. If Gerrard does well, then Klopp his going to Real Madrid.
If Gerrard doesn't succeed, then Klopp is coming back to carry on his journey with LFC.
This is just a scenario guys don't take it as breaking news.đđđ
FSG offered Amorim a mere pittance Iâm sure, thatâs why itâs breaking down. Why is West Ham able to get to the table with a solid offer with probably a longer term and more money.
First it was just a matter of time before Alonso signs. Then moving on to Amorim and how it was just a matter of time. Gareth Southgate will be availabe too after the summer. Dear me
Flick would be a better option than Amorim. Amorim plays with 3 at the back and no one has won the EPL playing like that. Evans tried it, Arteta had to drop it to make Arsenal title contenders.
It looks like no one wants to replace Klopp which was always something to consider when the search beganâŠ.now the management pool is not what it used to beâŠso theyâre going to appoint a unproven typeâŠnow is it better to appoint out of or from the league itself and thereâs no one who screams outâŠ.could they appoint the Bournemouth manager or would that be lazy
Mourinho is probably the biggest name out there but would Liverpool really get him after he's managed man United
if we thought he was the right man, then yes. What's the point in being petty?
No!

Why would you be angry right now? This is just whipping up the fanbase for no reason.
We still have to complete this season, any manager we target is likely to be in the midst of a campaign themselves & a proper process will have to be undertaken. Nowhere near the time to panic.
I think Slot is going to end up with the job. Major reach that but his formation and tactics much better fits our roster of current players
Can we just get the season over and done with, how many people outside of the LFC themselves, actually know what's going on??
Liverpool will not announce the new manager before the season has finished simple as that. That's how Liverpool do there business
Can you imagine If the announced a manager now the players ywould be disrupted this guy on here needs to get a grip

FSG is not showing their hand, as usual. Really, stop shortening your life getting all upset about things that no one knows about.
Mourinho is top notch manager if all necessary tools available for him he can win us the league and champion league đđđ
You are the one causing the drama Craig. Nobody from our club has said we are going for any of the managers mentioned, Nobody from the club has said they were looking at Amorin, had spoken to his agent so now some media outlets are reporting hes not going to be the new manager you are making out they have somehow messed a deal up with him.
Every single liverpool fan should be clued up enough now to know our club is pretty much air-tight when it comes to new signings and other in house stuff so stop taking whatever the media are reporting as anything but speculation at this point especially.
There will also be deliberate false reports to throw off other clubs looking for new managers being purposely leaked by our club too, when its time to announce they will. Completely pointless trying second guess things so why even bother getting all het up about it.
All we as fans need to do is wait until the club announce the new manager and regardless who it is give him our full support and a fair crack at the whip.
Normal sevice is resumed. Bring back the 90's were just a bang average side đ Ten Hag had a better CV coming from Ajax to United and look how that's gone for us

Did we ever think that FSG were going to pay compo for any manager?
But if Amorim is going to jump at the West Ham job then he's not the right manager.
I doubt its Mourinho i really do. But i wouldn't be unhappy if it was. He is not done...just needs another mega club to win. Spurs and Roma were not that
I just found out about it I'm afraid who's going to be the next manager
How can Westham snatch Amorin from Liverpool? FSG is not a serious owner. They had a good manager and could not do much with him. If they can't a good manager like Amorin who are they are going for? If they backed Kloop like City backed Pep in the transfer market am pretty sure Liverpool would have dominated the Premiership. Useless FSG! đąđą
I wonder if coaches are not afraid of taking over Liverpool. The bar is so high now. I mean if we're not in the title race next year, that would be considered a bit of a let down. Much easier to work with a team in shambles.
