The first model to introduce Udo Roesner Amps is Da Capo 75; a 2-channel acoustic combo equipped with custom-made 8-inch twin cone type speakers. Boasting 75W output power in a compact housing and six types of built-in effects, the Da Capo is billed as the ideal amplifier for acoustic instruments. Here is Nick Jennison to tell us more. Excellent review, really helpful, thank you.
The piezo pickup in that guitar is so unnatural it's hard to tell how great the amp is.
My first thought as well!
And mine !!!
Sounds like a cheap strat, awful pickup.
Great amp though.
Agreed, bad choice of guitar pickup to demo the amp.
Great description of what this amp can do, cheers. Might make a change from my Marshall AS100 which weighs a ton
In regards to sound I want my acoustic guitar to sound like an acoustic and not a ‘hybrid electric” and when you switched the tone button on and off I actually preferred it in the off position as it just sounded more naturally acoustic to my ear.
What about fx ? Is Pre or post from the DI aux XLR? Thanks for your video !
Im looking for a great nylon ring guitar amp
Think I'll be sticking with AER
why?
@@Bflatestsame as aer . Rebranded . Exact same design just a different Delay chip.
Effects loop, built in ground lift? Footswitch not included?! For the cost that's kinda being a cheap skate!
I just got one, not impressed. boxy and thin treble using a Maton SRS 808. I actually like the sound of his guitar.
I doubt I'll keep this amp?
