    Wow when you use a lighter weight and keep the back from rounding over you find out how tight your hamstrings are so guess it’s lighter weight and better from to get the stretch

    Ranking bb deads down because 'people do low reps' on them? Huh? Same issue with any of the other exercises if they're done with low reps. Derp.
