It’s funny how they treat idols differently when they’re famous. IU used to get treated really badly before Good day when she blew up and she got all this bad treatment. Now they’re all nice to her. Smh ... be nice to people regardless of status, popularity, etc.

sadly that is pretty much how it is for everyone in the world...not just celebrities. even your own classmates and relatives will most likely ignore you until you become famous or successful and then they suddenly start kissing up to you and start asking how you are doing lol

I don’t think the popularity of the idol should change the staff’s behavior because it is literally what they’re paid to do.
It shouldn't, but when it comes down to it, their behaviour WILL change depending on who you are. That's just how people are.

@E.J. Edmund doesn't matter if someone is more or less popular than you, you should treat everyone with the same respect regardless of who they are. And this goes both ways. Saying staff should treat idols well because they'll always be more popular than themselves is focusing on the wrong priorities. (Except if you're someone who actually only treats people well because they're popular, then it's just bad character.)
I've been to ISAC in January 2019 as a fan and I thought I'd share a little of what it's like as a fan. It was one of the longest days of my life. For my group fans had to be there at 5am for check in with the group's fan staff. It was way out in Incheon so I slept at a sauna nearby for about 2 or 3 hours. We waited til around 6am in the freezing cold and then went inside and sat in our section. We sat there from 6 AM until 12:45 AM. Yes, about 19 hours of sitting in stadium bleachers. The group I went with as a fan (ONF) participated in 2 events: the 60m sprint which was the first event and the 400m relay which was the last event. So there was one event at about 7:30am and the next was at midnight. It was exhausting as a fan as well. I also saw countless idols falling asleep throughout the day.
But as Soobin mentioned the BEST parts were watching the idols participate and also interacting with your group from the stands. Also the free food haha. We got a bag of different snacks and two big meals! It was fun but also a VERY long day.

@@ilog5106 You can't buy ticket for ISAC. Each group participating in ISAC are allowed to bring in a certain amount of fans, most groups would make a post on FanCafe or what ever community they use for fans to sign up for the event.
Can you do a vid on how rookoes act around their seniors or how seniors act around rookies like at music shows, isac, award shows, any other time idols are together or around each other

Tbh, that's what most athletes go through during every competition or Olympic game. I did swimming for 3-4 years and the competitions take SO LONG because everyone has to compete and the judges have to compare the time of every contestant to make the semi-finals and finals and IT'S SUCH A FUCKING HEADACHE.(it also takes longer if you are competing on different categories and doing different swimming styles.)

When they debuted they were more popular in gp than EXO, their song charting well, making big bucks here and there etc. But their company, TS Ent., was and still a shit. They didn't pay BAP, they made a big budget MV and media play it. Turns out they add the budget to BAP's debt. BAP went to court to sue them
Crazy isn't it! I remember seeing BAP live in Australia when they were on a world tour and since then they barely exist.
I'm still heartbroken how it went downhill for them. Seeing that Sleepy is/was currently in a legal fight with them yeah...I hope the trainees flee.

I was waiting for this video!! As much as I enjoy watching idols on the show, I think ISAC really should work on more inclusiveness of all idol groups participating in the sporting events.
I'm reminded why a lot of fans didn't want their groups on the ISAC.
Also, BTS had it bad in the beginning of their careers but it didn't seem to be anything like your group's experience. The industry is so unfair.

@wizone tillTheSaddestEnding I don't remember exactly, but I know she's talked about it in at least the music show video(s). A lot of times she mentions it while talking about other things. The ones with the two guys might also address it. Grace has also talked about it as well I believe.
As a BABY, it makes me happy to know that BAP had a big fan section at ISAC. Though what happened afterwards with their shitty company still makes me angry, I’m glad they were able to enjoy at least part of their career as idols and their fans were there to cheer them up and support them. Just wish those fans had stayed with them and didn’t leave them as soon as they got into problems 😔

To clarify this, BTS were not banned at all, it's rumors. Someone said that, Army followed the joke and now a lot of people think that's what happened when in reality I think it is because they were very busy , they don't need any promotion at all so why spend time going to an useless show
