A very popular one in my area is Buff ting, usually used towards hot girls.
There is also hot spice, or a spice, for a person (more commonly a guy) who is good looking.
On the opposite scale of this, for someone you DON'T find attractive, we use the word butters, or clapped. ("They are BUTTERS!/they are so clapped!")

As a yank, I actually used "snogging" as a term in a book I wrote because no American terms fit the context and usage.

In my opinion, he's probably the worst example of a British comedian.

Another one is "Ugandan discussions", which was started by Private Eye in the 1960s. It originates from a reference to a British politician having sexual relations with a Ugandan politician. Private Eye would use the term because its use was unlikely to result in a libel suit.

'Buff' is also used in America, but you must be physically athletic to have it applied to you. And 'fit' usually means athletic, as well.

Snøgg means tightly fitting, or fast in Norwegian, from snau meaning nearly or short. Snygg means pretty in Swedish. Yeah, that pretty much didn't make any sense at all!
