GREAT VIDEO!!! Too bad you went through all that just to find how simple it really was. You got alot more patience than me.

Best video I found on here. Great step by step instructions. I think now I'll find the problem myself without taking to the dealership and paying a fortune. So thank you and keep up the great work!

Agreed with MrJamestaylor72 on a outstanding video. Find it ironic that all of that hard work was just for a bag that got sucked in. I will now be more mindful of what is in my glove box that can possibly be sucked into the blower compartment.

Thanks dude! Sounds like monsters live behind my dash. I didn't know how to get to those actuators.

How about the cover for the cabin Air Filter. My 2014 3500 didn't have a cabin filter, but it's available with a kit. I had to cut out the blank where the filter goes behind the glove box. I got a filter and the dealer had the cover with snap latches. It took about an hour to cut out the blank. After awhile, the AC condenser is going to get plugged since there is no cabin filter installed. You will be back to no air flow.

Problem on my truck seems to be that door (where you had the bag stuck) seems to be malfunctioning, perhaps something on it broke. When we press the button for it to recirculate air or bring in air from outside it won’t actually move. I physically opened it and now the air is blowing but I’m not sure if it’s just going to close again on its own. Time will tell.

Thanks maybe my blower assembly is similar on my 2011. The blend actuators (2) were easier to get to I have a full counsel maybe thats it.

Reddiclus this way. You're a shade tree.
There's another way. Easier an faster. If you did this to a customer's car _ you would would have to buy them a new housing! And you would have to do the installation free.
