      HAHA, Andrew was a HOOT; you can tell Martin and Dave and the audience got a big kick out of those pics.

      What would somebody gain by making that up in a CZcams comment section?
      Prestige?

    We got a taste of Irving Cohen when Dave asked Martin if he was coming back to SNL: "There's a lot of tings..."

    Good thing they cut the bit but not the setup. Once you’ve had the clip intro’d you hardly need to see it, because you’ve already been told about it.

    At the end of the clip you can tell that Martin has already decided to leave SNL which he did!

    The biggest mistake NBC made at that time was not bringing back at least Short and Billy Crystal for the Fall '85 season.

    • @dongiller
      @dongiller  Před 6 lety +6

      It may not have been NBC's call but instead Marty's and Billy's decision -- one season was enough for them.

    For these comedians who one suspects have great deficiencies in brain wiring, it is commendable that he never did himself in with drugs or alcohol abuse, as so many of his comedic peers did.
