    Product Sourcing:
When it comes to sourcing a product for review, I will usually either purchase and item personally or reach out to a supplier requesting a sample for review. Many suppliers are supportive if they are confident in their product, appreciating the value of greater exposure.
I am sometimes sent a product by a supplier which I may include if the product fits planned content and I believe will be of interest to you, my audience. The product needs to be worthy of a review and I always make it clear to the supplier that they cannot influence or be involved in the content in any way. It is not in my interest to review inferior or poor quality products and therefore as you might expect many product offers are politely declined.
Any sponsored videos (paid for reviews) are clearly stated as such so there can be no misunderstanding.
Sometimes a supplier will provide a link to the product or the supplier which I am happy to include in the description. Sometimes I will be provided with an affiliate link so I can earn a commission on sales and this helps to support channel costs but never at the expense of an honest review. There is no cost to you and in some cases discounts can be obtained via the link or via an included code.
If a product I have reviewed is available from Amazon I will often include an Amazon link in the description. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. If you purchase a product or service with the links that I provide I may receive a small commission. There is no additional charge to you.
    Replying to Comments:
I really appreciate the feedback in the comments - I find it a source of knowledge and inspiration - so thank you to all of you who take the time to contribute. This is not just for me as the creator, it is a valuable source of information for all readers of the comments. I have recently found that if I continue to respond to all the comments as the number of videos builds, it takes significant time away from being able to produce new content which would be very counter productive! So my aim is to read everything I can and reply when I can, after each video goes live for the first few hours at least, and beyond that when possible. I'll see how that works out 😊

I always wondered why this channel doesn't have more subscribers. Maybe it's because it is UK based and not US?? Is it because the focus is not on knives (which is probably the epicentre of EDC videos)?? Who knows....Anyway, I get most of my ideas on EDC here and I thoroughly enjoy what to me seems the absolutely best presentantion of the products anywhere on YT. Thank you Jonathan, for yet another absolutely enjoyable and informative video. Can't wait for your next one....

I agree, and I like the fact that there isn't much emphasis on knives here. That content on some other channels leaves me a bit cold, maybe because here in the UK the knife carry laws are quite restrictive.

Volty Switch is a very useful instrument and it fits perfectly in my Leatherman ARC and in the Leatherman Wave as well. A very versatile and ultra-portable micro multimeter.

The zipped Leatherman case is a bit pricey - and a bit on the large side - for an EDC kit - but - there is Always a But, but this is a positive one - the case would be marvellous as a Camera case for most compact digitals with charger, cables, spare batteries, SD cards and any other accessories - even lenses for a body.

Zapwizard Designs had a bunch of useful aftermarket LM stuff and some good holsters. The main add-on I use is the ratchet driver, makes the bit driver experience so much better. Volty looks interesting but I’d rarely use it over a standalone tool. I basically never use any bits other than the one that comes with the Arc, but a carbide glass breaker would offer a but more piece of mind

how many LONG TERM - YEARS - out of stock LM accessories did you suggest?
Bit Kit #1? Out of stock for over 2 years. Bit set #2 was out of stock for over 2 years, then beame available about a year ago. It MAY be out of stock again. I haven't looked recently. I bought it when it became available. I want a bit set #1, since mine is missing 4 bits. Whether it will become available again in my lifetime? who knows? LM has no idea when it will be back in stock.) Ratcheting Extension (coming up on THREE YEARS - maybe FOUR - out of stock. Currently only available USED on the big auction site -at 2x to 3x the suggested retail for new.) Standard extension? (I hear they are getting rare)
7-11L ratchet and equivalent? It gets sold out regularly, at least on the big south american river and jungle site.
Good luck getting everything this year at a reasonable price. ($15 for the proprietary bit bit sets is NOT a "reasonable" price.) A 32 piece standard 1/4 inch bit set - or 128 piece 1/8 inch bit set with an adapter to use in a 1/4 inch bit driver is under $10.)
LM has become an expensive joke.

In the UK, it's only called a “wrench” if the jaws are adjustable or if it's a torque wrench, otherwise it's called a “spanner” or sometimes a “key”. ( google search ). So for the metric users it would be a Ratchet Spanner, or more commonly just one word a Ratchet. Money is the edit, I stoped watching this video after the second time you said the price of an item then said pounds or dollars. As of this comment the Australian $1 buys 0.53 pound sterling and USA $1 buys 0.79 pound sterling. So saying something cost £30 or dollars is a gross misrepresentation of price. Just say the price in pounds and let the viewer do the conversion for their own currency. I will the video is well put together and well done.

Not gonna lie, carrying a whole leatherman kit defeats the purpose of a compact multi tool and is clearly just a stupid ass gimmick intended to fuck people who have more money than sense and never do any actual work. 🤌😂🤣😂☠️
