Nitric Oxide Dump Exercises - Best Exercise for High Blood Pressure (Nitric Oxide Blowout)

  • Get in here with the Nitric oxide dump exercises. I have demonstrated here the 4 different exercises that make up the Nitric oxide dump. I actually prefer to call it the Nitric oxide blowout.
These bunch of exercises were developed by Dr Zach Bush and I have to say what a good job he did. They are wonderful and I believe the nitric oxide dump or nitric oxide blowout is arguably the best exercise for high blood pressure.
If you are looking for an exercise approach to lowering high blood pressure, do this nitric oxide dump exercise and you'll be well on your way. The nitric oxide dump is a natural remedy for blood pressure control.
But the nitric oxide dump or nitric oxide blowout is much more than that. It is an exercise that's good for overall well being because nitric oxide plays a lot of roles in our overall health.
I'll encourage you to get started today with these set of exercises that constitute the nitric oxide dump.
I talk about some of the other functions of nitric oxide in our body in this video. Use the nitric oxide blowout as an exercise remedy for high blood pressure and you won't regret it.
As always you may want to check with your doctor before you commence any exercises.

@@gardensofthegods You are not flushing out the Nitric Oxide, by the way. You need it. This exercise releases it. It may take some time for your BP to settle. But usually a lot women who's BP lingers on post delivery have a background history of hypertension in the family and therefore do have a genetic predisposition to developing hypertension anyway. It's just that pregnancy brought it to the fore. Regardless you have to launch a war on getting the BP down. Watch lots of my videos and start putting what you learn into action. @@gardensofthegods Like in my previous response to you, new moms may take longer for their BP to settle. It varies from one woman to the next. Some 6 weeks, Others 6 months. Some others more than a year. The physiological process needs to be given time. Most times you cannot rush the process. Response to natural interventions will get better over time. Some element of patience is required. But in the meantime, you have to launch the war against high BP regardless but do not be disappointed if you don't get results in weeks. It's just the way it is with new moms and indeed with most people who have high BP anyway

Magnesium powder, make a hot drink at bed time, for starters. The heart, arteries, lungs, nerves, eyes and brain are all connected. Focus on cutting out all sugar. Study animation of the pancreas, that makes sugar in your body. Buy a BP monitor to check, they last 10 years, may save your life by knowing. Dr. Joe This is an update on my progress. I started doing everything that you recommended in this video . Drinking the tea and doing the exercise routine. I'm now up to doing 50 of each of the exercise three times a day. At first it felt like I wasn't getting any results because my blood pressure was still high. But I was very determine so I kept drinking the tea and doing the exercise. A few days ago I check my blood pressure because of how good I was feeling . My blood pressure is back to normal. I'm feeling back to my normal self . I eliminate all of the things that was making me sick and replace them with things that is good for my health. I say to anyone who have high blood pressure. You can change around your health hard work and determination you would always get results.

Amazing! Great exercises! Definitely gets heart rate up. Other than the slight knee bends, all are focused on arm movements. I was winded but kept up with doing 20 each. Probably should have started with 5 or 10. Thanks.

Will slowly build squats up. I really like that I can exercise in intervals. When I'm feeling stressed from working to much, I stop and do the exercises. These exercises are quick and a blessing and mentally it makes me feel so good!!!!😃😃😃🤪😝 Going to buy blood pressure cuff today. Thank you Dr. Joe❤️
