This book changed my life when I discovered it 30 years ago! What it gave me was the tool of understanding what anger is - thereby being able to look beyond the anger --- because anger can look like an cornered porcupine. Hard to love and have empathy for someone who looks like there is no way to reach out to. Once I could see beyond the manifestation of anger, and learned to look beyond the anger - it was easier to then see the hurt, fear, disappointment, anxiety, etc. This book did save me and my family moving forward.
YOU ARE BRILLIANT....i am trained, work and help clients all over the world with the effects of being bullied ...THE RAGE 😡 😤 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 inside is very REAL.... hurts on every level. and I was so easily able to help others heal this...so they can move in life with peace and JOY.....listening to this made me understand I still feel hurt because I NEVERE GAVE myself an opportunity to speak to the bully that I allowed to take away my YOUTH......what HAPPENED TO ME,, thank you so much !
