Very nice topic to think about. It is also interesting that in Christianity heaven is considered to be high and the hell is in a deep hole down below which is not very deep thinking about what height and depth really is because you can be in hell up in the air or you can be in heaven down in a pit, depending on your state of mind and many other variables. And in another point of view (the cosmic one) you are never high or low, but always in the center of the endless universe. So our mind is also, always in the center but we consider it to be moving around, because of our biases towards the different experiences.

Once, after watching David Goggins talk on the powerful feelings he gets after doing hard things I decided to challenge myself. I set a timer for 30 minutes and held my arms up at a 90 degree angle. I wouldn’t put my hands down until the timer went off. It started easy but quickly turned into one of the most painful and hard things I’ve done. Every muscle in my body was screaming for me to put my arms down but I stayed mentally strong and pushed through. The feeling I got after those thirty minutes was one of the most powerful and amazing moments of my life. The joy and self confidence I felt carried with me the entire day. I haven’t been able to put a word to what I was feeling until watching this video. It was glory.

This is an interesting subject for me. One of my favorite anime series is called D-gray man and in it the powers of the characters comes out from their innocence. The main character is 14 years old boy who fights among the grown up exorcists but it is interesting how childish most of the characters in the anime act. I also work with children in kindergarten and nursery so I do have to play with the children as psychologist in order to understand their inner worlds. In my mind innocence is to not take yourself too seriously and to be more spontaneous in your actions.

I love to tell people, especially as a birthday with - Be in harmony with The Whole! And it may sound very cheesy but it is the best thing one can wish for and it is also the hardest.
