Podria explicar en un video si hay diferencia entre la ternera y el lechal de ternera. Donde vivo hay ternera roja como en españa pero tambien una tan clarita que parece pollo. Son igual de malas?

Doctor yo fui al cardiólogo porq tenía dolor en el pecho y me desmayaba pero el cardiogo me dijo q no tenía nada q era sicologico y me Ise prueba de sangre y orina y en conclusión tengo triglisero y colesterol alto q debería tomar
Yo no consumo alcohol, drogas, ni cigarrillos, ni frituras, me cuido mucho e igual tengo el colesterol por las nubes.
Tengo colesterol alto (240/260) de siempre. Probe dietas estrictas (2 veces), y seguia igual. Tome simvastatina, y baje poco. Como sano, no fumo, y deporte toda mi vida (casi 55).
Revisiones cardiovasculares todo perfecto.

Pero como tienes el ldl, el hdl y los triglicéridos? El colesterol alto no tiene porqué ser malo como se suele decir.

Lo importante es el riesgo cardiovascular. Tener el colesterol alto no tiene porqué ser malo. Mira bien si tienes bien los triglicéridos, el ldl y el hdl.

Pues uno no sabe que comer a parte de verduras y frutas. Todo es malo para algo incluso lo "saludable". Lo mejor es no comer.
