- When you know, you know! Millie Bobby Brown is getting candid about her love story with fiancé Jake Bongiovi. The "Stranger Things" star opened up in an interview with the Sunday Times published Aug. 27 about her early relationship with Jon Bon Jovi's son and how it didn't take long to realize she'd found the one. "I was interested in him and wanted to know more. As soon as we spoke I knew he was going to be a huge part of my life," the 19-year-old told the UK paper, recalling, "I ran to my mum and said, 'I really, really like him!' After we met we knew we never wanted to leave each other's side." Millie went on to reflect on the confidence she felt about her and Jake's instant connection and why she didn't question her commitment. "You can't pinpoint why, it's just the feeling of knowing that that's the person you want to spend the rest of your time with," she explained. "I think so much of life is overthinking. The one thing that made clear sense to me was him." Millie and Jake announced their engagement in April 2023 and Instagram followers loved getting a peek at her stunning sparkler. The British actress told the Times that the jewelry had belonged to her mother, who helped make sure it stayed in their family in a special way. "I've always loved that ring. It's always stuck out to me, so she gave it to Jake. They were in cahoots about the whole proposal. I love that I can always keep a piece of my mum with me," she said.
