Try uninstalling the app and make sure its got the latest update- also kill the power to the indoor unit and turn it back on… the app gets alot of updates so make sure it has the latest software..
You can’t- everything that is entered into the app for a particular unit included contractors notes and previous error codes stays with the unit. Hope this helps
