3 Types Steamed Rice Cakes

In this video, there are 3 kinds of steamed rice cakes.
1. Steamed rice cake with shredded coconut
2. Steamed rice cake with coconut cream sauce
3. Steamed coconut cream rice cakes
Ingredients
1. Steamed Rice Cake
3 cups [410g] Rice flour
1/2 cup [60g] Tapioca starch
1 cup [220g] Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Yeast
2 1/2 Cup [400ml] Coconut milk
1 1/2 cups [375ml] Lukewarm water
2. Coconut Cream to steam together with rice cake
2/3 cup [200ml] Coconut Cream
1/4 tsp Salt
1Tbsp Sugar
1Tbsp Tapioca Starch
3. Coconut cream sauce
2 1/2 cup [400ml] Coconut Cream
1/2 tsp Salt
1Tbsp Sugar
1Tbsp Tapioca starch

I like the first one.philippine style.but vietnamese has a good technique by adding cassava starch and make the texture springy
