Yes, feel free to dismiss someone's "theory" when based on paranoid constructs lacking any evidence. But when there are many people providing enough evidence to support something previously undisclosed, you may want to think twice before attaching this suggestive term which was designed to stop YOU from caring about things that ARE indeed occurring without either appropriate consent, and/or public disclosure.
