  • Ranger 3.0 oil pan can be chamged using a engine hoist and doing a few extra steps, easy. Watch whole video for everything i did. Thanks for watching.

    Thought i was gonna be doing it this weekend but the oil leak turned out to be a defective/damaged oil filter gasket. Thanks for making this video though. Good to know we don't have to pull the motor.

      I doubt putting that gasket back in with it sealing properly was a bitch 😂

    I needed to clean the sludge and crap out of my oil pan. It was causing severe oil pressure drop. Non of the flush it out tricks worked. I cut a hole in the bottom of the oil pan. Cleaned the oil pump screen and cleaned out the oil pan. Repaired the hole and now I have 50 pounds of oil pressure. Took about an hour and a half.

    Boss! Thank you. I have a dripping leak from my pan gasket. For the time being its gonna continue to drip. If it gets worse at least I'll have a plan. What a pain in the ass though.

    Gonna try this soon. Oil pan gasket is leaking pretty bad. Fixing all oil leaks before I give it to my kiddo.

      Give your kiddo a 1980s model Toyota they’ll like it so much better and i actually did my timing chain on the side of the interstate before on my Toyota lot easier to work on. I’m looking for another to trade this ranger for

    Hey I know it was over 5 years ago, but did you do anything with the ac receiver to compressor hose?

    Did you have a automatic because I have a stick and 2.3 liter can this still be done this way

      pretty sure on 2.3 you might have to pull engine cause of oilpan type

    Why the hell did Ford do this with the oil pan? And another thing the clutch slave cylinder is in the transmission bell housing, why the hell? Damn Ford.

      Concentric slaves are pretty common across all OEMs
