You can achieve the same mod by cutting off the pipe on the cap. (inside). Then drilling two 1/4 in. holes on the bottom of the cap. Less work, same results. Bikes by Bill.

Dude! Genius idea! I have a bottle dynamo currently but have been trying to find a way to mount it to be chain/belt driven. Didn't even think about mounting it to the drive gear!

I broke piston rings and have to wait few days get mine will bicke work on one piston ring on the top as I have one spare

Fitting the head and cylinder backwards was ingenious! Just 2 questions: #1, if you run it in the rain that dirty water may ruin the piston. #2, the loose fitting of the alltenator seems iffy, doesn't it bounce as you ride? It may break. I like the type L copper fittings as an intake manifold. The fan is "cool" for running it when you work on it. Very neat! Carry on Dude!

honestly no you have to leave the baffles and you just need the tube that goes into the baffles and as well as broken the weld if you want to unbridled like this ps: by spanking like you by removing the baffles I lost performance because I rode without being pot I re gained the performance that I lost by removing the chicane

I'm currently running a reverse jug on a 100cc bbr.. i made my intake manifold from a radiator hose..works great..I would reverse your head also, so your spark plug is facing the carburetor for a cleaner spark...the problem with the rings is the ring gap..when reversing the jug, you have to reverse your piston also so your rings don't scrap against the ports and snap.. best to do some port polishing...also want to add, since you get more air into your engine..you need a better exhaust to get this extra air back out...but yes you are on a great start...don't go adding a boost bottle, with your intake manifold tube as long as it already is... too long or too big doesn't help any... but exhaust expansion chamber helps a lot..don't run a muffler..

So I cut off the internal stinger from the cap can I drill more holes In The pipe and be ok?

dude, I just did this mod to my bike and it sounds like a real 2 stroke dirt bike and it has better acceleration. I didn't cut the pipe flush at the top does that affect the performance of the engine.

I've never heard of this moped before, it is German. What's the top speed? I heard that depending on how good it runs and weight it is 25 to 30 mph

FWIW, I installed a generating coil on the other side of the magneto coil (it's a kit) and it puts out enough juice to power LED front and rear lights. Very easy install and still going strong after several years:)-John in Texas

Please get a beaver tail or some kind of front tongue on that before you kick up dust/water right up in there from your front tire, but overall very intuitive ideas, not exactly building a mega high performance build but you've made the bike your own no doubt, and I'm sure your ideas are working far better than what the stock kit gave you. 😂 Good luck in the future and keep building, I'll be looking into more of your videos ;)

I needed to clean the sludge and crap out of my oil pan. It was causing severe oil pressure drop. Non of the flush it out tricks worked. I cut a hole in the bottom of the oil pan. Cleaned the oil pump screen and cleaned out the oil pan. Repaired the hole and now I have 50 pounds of oil pressure. Took about an hour and a half.

dude its a good idea but the way your carb pipe is faced down and the gas has to go up is no good also i would cut opem tje plastic a bit on your air filter and mess with the jets on the carb..fix the pipe first! ^^
