- Over the past four days it's been near impossible to miss the news that Man City have won the treble. Becoming only the second team to win the FA Cup, Premier League and Champions League in one season.
But one man has stolen the limelight thanks to his post match celebrations. Jack Grealish has gone on the bender of a lifetime over the past four days since winning the Champions League.
Jack joined Man City from Aston Villa for £100m in 2021. It was the biggest deal in British football history at the time. He has since become one of the most likable and perhaps relatable characters in English football. But Jack is never far away from the media spotlight whether it's for the right or wrong reasons.
Grealish's drunken antics have led to criticism from some quarters. However, he has also been defended by others, who argue that he is simply a young man who enjoys having a good time.

Thanks for confirming how degenerate society is, when someone has no imagination beyond destroying themselves with alcohol ( which was never meant to be consumed in excess and was treated reverentially in the long past ) in terms of 'celebrating' as if winning was not enough - amazing this backward and contradictive culture, claims it promotes mental health, as all football clubs are now "cool" about "mental health" - yet then goes and promotes one of the biggest circular loop causes and symptoms of mental health problems, that destroys lives, alcohol abuse People might be more interested in your channel and football in general, when it becomes less braindead.

I still don't know why so many hate on Jack. When he's sober, he's one of the most likeable footballers out there right now (he doesn't offend anyone, is polite, has nice bromance moments with other City players etc.), and when he's drunk like this, he's hilarious and knows how to party. Football actually needs more characters like him. I'm a Millennial (born 1985), and in my youth (lmao Boomer), there were so many colorful Football personalities around. Nowadays, most players are kinda bland or straight-up boring. We need more players like Jack, lmao.

The fact that the rest of the team is so involved and engaged with Grealish even though he's stealing the show, means he's truly loved by his teammates.

Gazza also was quite aggressive unlike Jack who seems to be front and centre of all the songs been sung. What I am trying to say is Jack using alcohol albeit excessively recently to create a party atmosphere. Gazza unfortunately didn't respond to alcohol quite as well and used it as a coping mechanism in his life.

Sorry to say, the reality is there's no way for City & England both to triumph, like Man United & England in the 1990s or Chelsea & England in the 2000s couldn't both have glory.
