Wow, who would have guessed this house has a sports bar, gym and sauna. A pet peeve of mine, when viewing luxury home, especially the builders show home, are those wire shelves. Horrible! As always, good job.
Yep. Was in a multimillion dollar home last week doing a video, and got to the closet, and there were wire shelves. Really...that much for a home, and you use wire shelves?!? Guess it is an easy fix, but still, you would think they would spend that little bit extra on wood shelves at least to show the quality of the home.....
What is that cabinet/handle thing above the
Refrigerator?? It’s at 6:18 ???
I'm not too sure. Think it may just be storage as it's a little high for refrigerated space. I'll have to check it out next time I am there.

Hi Eneida, you could go to Jones Homes without a Realtor. Kaylee is a great rep if she is working that day. However, once you go without a Realtor, the builder will not allow a Realtor to help you in the future. I would recommend going with a Realtor so that you are represented by someone looking out for your best interest, and also able to recommend other homes in the area you may like better, that you may not know about without a knowledgeable Realtor. And there is no cost to use a Realtor to you. So you can go by yourself, but I would have a Realtor with me if I were shopping for a home in another area I wasn't very knowledgeable with.
