My wife worked for several years for a very large and nationally known "so called" premier luxury home builder here in Maryland. AR homes produces a way better product than the mentioned luxury home builder. Details make a huge difference. I'm leaning into acquiring an AR home, I like what I see.

Hi, you could easily make this a 5 bedroom, that's the great thing about custom builders, they build them to suit individual needs, unlike the production builders who build more what the majority of people need, and you can't customize the homes.

Granted it's early in the morning and I'm still on my first cup of coffee but ... stopped watching because of the absolute weirdness of the front enty doors opening to the OUTSIDE. What an inconvenience. What is up with that.
That kitchen island is just awful! And the backsplash looks cheap. Floor plan is great, love the ceiling beams. Pantry shelving looks cheap and unstable. Bathroom tiling is average as is the tapware. Storage in the home is fabulous! The fitting and styling of the house looks a bit confused. I think the coloured accent walls detract and make the place look ‘bitsy’. The windows are lovely.
