This home is flawless and impeccably designed. My new favourite feature in homes is a morning/breakfast bar in the master bedroom and this design has one! Perfect!

I love this home. The dog bath is raised, our backs thank the designer. Watching these luxury home tours, mostly Florida and L.A., I am always amazed how they create a home that can be completely opened to the outside, and almost never screen them in. I love this style of enclosing the back. I can't imagine spending millions of dollars for a home, and filling it with flies and mosquitoes.
Thats true. There is a compromise between style and usability. You can use the pools that are not screened the vast majority of the time, but there are times when a screen would be needed to use the pool. Some of the larger homes have other systems that keep bugs away so they don't have to use screens. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike.

Just like many of you said, finally a Florida Home that is well designed and put together well, which flows into comfort. I couldn't find anything I wouldn't like to include in my own home. Great location! I think we need to put Lakewood Ranch back on the "yes side" for places to finally retire. Well done!

I live in California, can the home builder do it here in California?
Hi Merly, they are only in Florida at this time. What I would do is find a builder there, show them this home and see if they can draw up similar plans. There also may be a possibility that Lee Wetherington would be willing to sell the plans to you, which would save on the engineering and planning stage. @@LuxuryHomes Sorry didn't pay much attention to the title. One question why are builders not putting pantries in the homes? I'm looking for new construction and for 1.4M and doesn't have a place to store food and don't look at them. I know there are cabinets but at my age a pantry is eassier to store food instead of getting a small ladder and climbing to get whatever you need from the cabinets.
@@Peter-ok9bj Hi Peter, most do have pantries, but like this one I have seen some without. To me it is a little strange not to have a pantry, especially in this price point. But maybe some buyers eat out more than they eat in, and don't mind not having one? We can definitely find ones that do though, some have hidden pantries and those are really neat!
