This house looks even more stunning than the one presented at the main channel. What a change does it make for a house when you integrate both architectural style with the furniture and the appliances! It is absolutely marvelous. And to top it all off this house looks like it could be a family home not just a party/bachelor house, or just a money funnel that stays there.

I love how they have hidden all the industrial equipment such as the pool's filtration systems, AC's compressor units, etc. which you usually find on the rooftop. This house is well-thought out, sleek and beautifully designed. A truly home resort feel.

OKAAAY!! It is extremely rare that I could see myself living in one of these homes. I just don't need anything that big or lavish but this place is so beautiful I long to walk around the house barefoot, throw myself onto a couch and watch TV, dive into that stunning pool and just languish with friends. Amazing place!! Love that spiral staircase!!

In my opinion this house is so well thought and designed with an amazing style and details that it could be used for some education for interior architecture at any university.

Oh my gosh this could be one of the best properties you've shown to date the decor, the layout, the architectural lines of the house are stunning. It just kept getting better and better as the tour went on the wine wall was a work of art in its own right even when on the lower level it was light and airy.

Well said! Beautiful property. But one must also applaud the property seller or owner for not being too greedy with the price listing. This property will sell quickly I dare say. Price is very reasonable. Way too many lovely properties out there but exorbitantly overpriced
Apart from the toilet directly off the dining room, there’s a lot to love about this place. The overall design is beautiful but the interiors are particularly stunning.

@@BrotherChad I'd say it's probably because the owners of such houses are expected to throw many parties at their houses. Thus the need for so many bedrooms and bathrooms.

This is, money no object, one of our favorite houses we've seen you tour, which is doubly amazing seeing as how we're not devoted fans of minimalism by any stretch. The mixture of white tones gives the house a palette of a sort, so that by the end you're tempted to praise the colorful nature of the home owing to all the halftones and use of wood. What a gorgeous home!

Spain is absolutely incredible. The bang you get for your buck is massive. This home is absolutely stunning. Everything about it says this is a place to truly call home. It is undoubtedly unbelievable.

This is the most beautiful and liveble house on the internet. right volumes, not gives you the feeling like you live in a hotel, beautiful cosy interior design, amazing outdoor spaces..just the dream house that actually i would by if i have enough money :)) this is a wonder of architecture the way i see it, big kudos to the architects that made such a paradise possible.
For a 7 digit home, I am beyond impressed with interior design and architectural lines in this home, the designer went all out to make this property a home. Props to them. I've watched several clips of mansion tour in Marbella. There's some different vibe to compare with mansion in US. probably LA mansion design will be trends in the world, some design elements of here are better than LA's. That Sonos Arc soundbar should NOT be recessed into the wall. It has upward, left and right side firing speakers that need to be open to the room.
Also, I wouldn't put Sonos in the house if it were mine (as if), but a dedicated surround sound setup.

the great thing about mansions in Marbella is that even the sizes of the homes are on a smaller side, THEY DON'T LACK IN AMENITIES and they make up so much of the space and instead utilize it in a great and meaningful way instead of just putting useless seating areas just like most of the mansions elsewhere (for instance, it's a recurring theme in houses in the States). And considering the amenities, the space, the furnitures, these houses are a great value for money compared to the $30-100 million homes in the US. Some $40 million homes in the US don't even have hammam, sauna or a steam room/shower or even an indoor pool or extra pool. It's great to see you Enes and team tour houses here in Marbella especially now that it's getting more and more popular. Everything here is great!

I love the interior design and exterior architectural design! The house is named "Shiro" which means castle in Japanese, we can see some of the designs such as the water feature in front of the entrance acting like a moat for the castle, really neat😊
It also means "white". Both fit.

This is my favourite house you have toured. Spain is incredible for a start, bit this house is absolutely stunning in every way but the fact that it's smaller than the majority of houses you tour gives it an authentic feel as somewhere that you could actually live and enjoy the whole house.

This house is beautifully designed and finished. I like the modern minimalist aesthetic, but it also has plenty of warmth sprinkled throughout. This is similar to a lot of the modern homes being built in California, but this has better finishing details and just the right furnishings.
