Because is not fancy as Beverly Hills, Los Angeles California... most of theses big houses in EE.UU like Europe is not expensive to build, it's just cement and iron. But the location is another story.

Just beautiful! The color scheme, choice of furnitures, the location of every room and amenity feels organic, and the size! They are too different in everything, has sense I guess
The only thing that is Spanish is the land. Design and interior decoration follows luxurious Hotel worldwide style. Nothing to do with the traditional mansions called “Cortijos” in South of Spain.

I am absolutely in love with this house. It's surprising how no one ever thinks to do it up for the guests, even in the 20mm+ price ranges, but this home nails it. Even the staff quarters are immaculate! Accommodations like that will make your staff work extra hard to do a good job so they can live like kings. Just an amazing place, and I'm seriously going to add Marbella to my traveling list because of this home.

The first 6.5 minutes of the video are an example of perfection. I just love the symmetrical sitting room, how a living room is featured off of it, the grande entrance with stairs going up and down on both sides, then the first guest room shown includes everything a guest could ever need. Steam rooms have to be dark. Any light will create a dazzling effect where you’d not be able to see more than a few feet in front of you. And the glare would be quite unpleasant.
