Primary bedroom closet is extremely small and it's only one. But the courtyard is what will sell this home.

Nice home both by interior designs and selection of floor, counter and cabinets. Master closet is a bit small and if possible, wet bar in the loft area would be a great addition.

I would never buy a home where the pool is designed to be gazed upon by every window on your neighbors property. Everything else is amazing - love the showings and the channel.

Thanks for watching and the kind comments. This one is new construction so doesn't have a total price. Each person has to go in and pick lot location, and upgrades and then they calculate price. It is different to listings where we have the actual price when we film. Appreciate the support! Mike.

There are many other builders though, and at least one in the Poinciana area (adjacent to Kissimmee) that has a courtyard similar to this one.
