This house is beautiful. The question I have is why make a luxury home ; then make closets with wire and plastic. It should have wood bars and wood shelves above.

In this model home, if it’s for sale what about the furniture, electronics, and all the staging items? Does this come with the house, surely at additional cost? What would the cost be for the staging items (furniture, electronics, lamps, etc)?
Sometimes the models are sold with all furniture and decor (the last home I purchased was a model and I purchased it as is with all furniture and decor). Other times the builders use the furniture in other homes, so the furniture isn't included, so it all depends. Not sure what the cost to stage it would be, I am sure it varies dramatically between homes and staging companies. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike.
