I have just started using drops and all the amla ingredients what baba said ..(which u can get from any patanjali store with proscription of their doctor) and also started doing pranayam.. i have minus 8 power in both eyes .. before 3 years i had minus 10 but i was doing only eye exercise which gave me results in 3 years..nd now to speed up thiss positive change i have started following Baba's pranayam and drops.. Tejaswini Nikam normal eye exercise like moving your eyes left to right up and down, rolling clockwise anticlockwise and most effective is ..put your finger on ur nose and stare at your finger tip then stretch your hands to ur arm length.. do this upto 10 times everyday.. each exercise.. u will definitely get results soon.. all the. Best dear.. nd try to do shirshasan if u can..😊

Hello, Weak eyesight has always been my biggest insecurity whole my life. I have weak eyesight may be since I born. I have tried these remedies and they do work but never managed to be dedicated to them. From today itself I will follow them completely and would update you all every month.

Hi! Being absolutely honest the first week itself my eyesight got better by min. 0.25 number, but at that time i was not even watching tv, computer and even mobile. But that is not a long term solution. I have been practicing these on-off but regularly and atleast i m sure that my eyesight hasn't gone worse and pretty sure they will improve but would definitely take time. Would update if my eyesight improves permanently even a little bit

Myopia mai basically picture retina ke samne banty hai.. ab sawal ye hai ke picture retina ke upar banne ke bajaye retina ke samne ku banty hai.... es ka jawab hai kyunki eye ball elongated ho jaty hai matlab eye ball peche chala jata hai tu es liye.... ab fir sawal uthta hai ke eye ball elongated kyun hoty hai.... es ka jawab hai ke...... hamare eyes ke sath 6 muscles attach hoty hain. horse ke lagamo ke tarha...... tu jab wo muscles zarorat se zyada stretch hoty hain tu eye ball big ho jata hai....
Baba ne jo eye drops bataye hai wo mai Koshish karonga ke use karon.. Acupressure be jo baba bata rahy hain wo be karonga start... kyunki kya pata shayad Acupressure se hand ke muscles mai kuch aise bath ho jo ke aankhon ke muscles ko thek kar saky....
Es ke sath sath eyes ke exercises be hai wo be start karonga..
Mai Airforce me jana chahta hon or waha par 6/6 EYE SIGHT chahiye hote hain.
