Day 1 ✅ ( got little pain in my abs , but no pain no gain)
Day 2 ✅ ( WAS TOUGH. I can barely feel my abs but yes it was indeed worth it)
Day 3✅ I did this easily
Day 4 ✅ (i can see little changes in my lower stomach tho KEEP WORKING GIRLIES)
Day 5 ✅ I did that easily tho
ohk I gotta tell , my waist was 32 when I started these Pilates and now till day 4 it's 31 We'll keep going tho

@@xinyifailed yes! this is by far one of her best workouts. i tried her other ones like this and they didn't fully work for me, but this one def does! it pushed me a lot more and im way more toned than i expected to be!
