If only I had heard about this 8 years ago in my early 20's I would've been fully recovered from having OCD. The feeling of having to develop weird behaviors and rituals to keep myself from having intrusive or blasphemous thoughts to pop into my head but the more I try to fight them off or to get rid of them out of my head, the worse it gets where it just drains me physically and mentally where I want to sleep for long hours a day just to avoid having to fight another day and I've just about had enough of it controlling my life. Prayers are much needed! Thank you Dr. Caroline leaf for your podcast and God continue to bless you in your ministry. I really feel like He's using you in so many ways that help others to work through their mental health and its just very encouraging to hear that I'm not alone in this fight and Satan just loves to make people believe that there's no hope in being forgiven of our sins, or that we're beyond repair which is an absolute lie and that's why we need cognitive therapy as well as studying the bible to help guide us to the truth of why we're all here and what we're meant to do or be. Thank you again! :)

Keri Nget I mean, I have thoughts cursing or insulting God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and it’s really hard to get over. When did you start having them if you don’t mind me asking?
