രാഗം തിയേറ്റർ മുഴുവനും പൊളിച്ചു വലിയ ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ പണിയാൻ ആയിരുന്നു ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചത്. എന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത കെട്ടിട ഉടമകൾ രാഗം തിയേറ്റർ പൊളിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന പ്രകമ്പനം അവരുടെ കെട്ടിടങ്ങളെ ബാധിക്കും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കോടതിയിൽ കേസിനു പോയി. കോടതി തിയേറ്റർ പൊളിക്കരുത് എന്ന് ഉത്തരവിട്ടു.
