Freddie Star didn't even have to try impersonating Elvis when he sang . It came naturally. ❤❤❤❤

It's a shame that we will never see a talent like Freddie Starr ever again,he was unique a class of his own, followed him from day one until his death, none of the present day so called Comedians come anywhere near him.RIP Freddie.

I am so sad that Freddie Starr is no longer with us. The news of his death was a shock. He had a brutal upbringing but turned his experiences into bringing joy to his audience.Freddie was a true innovator of comedy, a modern day Norman Wisdom, and a forerunner of Rik Mayall's anarchic character in the 'The Young Ones' back in the 1980's.Freddie joyously broke the rules. There were times when he overstepped the mark perhaps, but someone has to do that every now and again to push the boundaries of comedy and many of the jobbing comics of today have benefitted from Freddie's legacy. Tonight I have been watching his performances over the years on CZcams; I have shed tears of laughter watching his back catalogue of work. Freddie was an under-rated singer (what a voice!) ,but also a great, great comedian and mimic. I know that he was distanced from his family in recent years and his personal affairs were complicated and challenging. Without having to think about the difficulties in Freddie's private life, for most of us I hope, Freddie will be remembered as a comic genius, maybe well ahead of his time, and just so funny. I am physically sore after laughing so hard at Freddie's old routines. I sincerely offer my condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace Freddie. Love and peace.

it looks like one claim of quick groping which is inappropiate is probally what happened? comparing him as another savile is ridiculous- not to excuse it but groping a young girls breast and raping girls are two different things- if he did it he should admit it and apoligize to the woman - it doesnt seem theres a pattern of behaviour like glitter and savile here- just a stupid perhaps drunken grope that was uncalled for
