Amazing synchronicity.
Freddie l saw you live at the Britania pier in Yarmouth in the 90s at a time in my life when l couldnt have been emotionally lower than l was , you brought me back to life mate and made me realise l could live and laugh again it was a night l shall never forget and my sides never recovered from the laughter you made , only Liverpool could produce a comedian like you , rest in peace Freddie we will never forget the fun and laughter

He had a very sad end. Even after being cleared of any criminal charges. He seemed to go to pieces. His health was poor and I think he just got so depressed that he gave up on life!
