the Tag Heuer Carrera Glassbox Silver Panda Chronograph is so nice
Tag Heuer is doing great year after year, a bit like Longines. But what make Tag Heuer different, is the fact that they done the same marketing of Rolex over the years. Sponsorship big sports event like F1, Sailing, they are aggressive on television, Ryan Goslings is everywhere with Tag’s watches; in the last Baywatch with the Rock a character give a Tag to corrupt a politician; in Breaking Bad, Walter the main character, receive a Tag Monaco etc. people that don’t know nothing about watches know that Tag Heuer are watches to make a statement. And the Carrera chrono panda is amazing. And all of that keeping price honest (considering the crazynees of the last 4/5 years).

There are already some GS Spring Drive models manual wind which have a power reserve on the back. Agree sports models are too big.

I think Tudor, TAG, Zenith and Vacheron had a pretty good showing at watches and wonders. Same with NOMOS.
GS has moved the PR indicator on the backs of the SBGY series manual wind dress spring drive watches and the new 5 day Spring Drive automatics as well
Thanks Oleg. You keep bringing us up to date with the latest watches in great short format without a lot of BS. We get it and appreciate it! I know this sounds crazy, but I don't think I'll ever consider a Grand Seiko until they get their bracelets/clasps to modern standards. Grand Seiko! How can you have such great watches but bracelets from the 1950's? When a company doesn't consider the total concept of their watch (including the bracelet) then they apparently don't care enough. When Grand Seiko and Seiko figure it out, let me know.

I agree with your assessment on Grand Seiko. if they would just be as committed to being in tune with their customers as they are with nature, they would be addressing the issues of the bracelet/clasp. Until then, they’re not getting any of my business.
Bulgaria should be applauded especially as it looksmlike a normal watch compared to the RM... IWC stole the show for me... absolutely unbelievable...way out of my reach but I'm sure they will now get the recognition and plaudits they deserve... Correction the Tag Heuer Carrera Glassbox Silver Panda Chronograph (that’s a long name 😂) is listed for 6650 USD on their website not 8K
I like the last zenith you showed but like you said, it’s just too much. The black dial and black bezel with the red lume is pretty cool. You can probably get the same effect with a zelos
The Zenith at 5:20, kinda looks like a Super Seawolf, good comparison for Zodiac, bad for Zenith
I really like those nomos relises. The 2 grand Seikos are not both high beats. Only the mechanical, not the spring drive. Yup , too big ! Why?

Gotta say im not fond of the Zenith divers, even less so learning about the bottle cap profile. The smaller one is polished all over too, like a Barracuda lure😂 The ugliest watch is an IWC, the Aqua Man Perpetual Calender digital display chronograph, looks like a Gshock in brightred orbluw.
First time I'm disappointed by GS and surprised in a good way bh Tag. And a horrendous Zenith... Weird year.

Always commenting on size. I would recommend that you always add in your opinion to the statement. Neophytes to the hobby may actually interpret that 44 is somewhat grotesque when it isn’t. As a former watch store manager, the regular folk prefer the larger size and it’s a luxury they want to get more (larger) and be seen.
That's because a lot of regular folk are wearing watches that are too big for their wrist.
@@mijnbuisje That's besides the point. We always sold what the customer wanted. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be. Who are we to judge what fits and what does not. I have demure lady friends that rock, Santos Large, Green Subs and Datejust 41, who is to say it's too large for them.
