Experts say that excessive water intake while exercising can have several negative side effects. Completely clear urine is a sign of over-hydration. If you have colorless urine, you’re probably drinking too much water during the day, even when you don't feel thirsty. You should never drink water after eating something spicy like chili peppers. Having too much water with your meal often leads to indigestion. This happens because your mouth produces saliva, which has enzymes that are essential for a healthy digestive process.
It may seem like a great idea to refresh yourself on a hot summer day by drinking some water from the garden hose. But even if the hose is connected to a pipe with a clean water system, the pipe itself contains elements that can be really dangerous for your health. If you accidentally get some water in your mouth while swimming in the sea, you should spit it out immediately. Not unless you want to spend your whole vacation suffering from rotavirus and all its nasty symptoms. It’s important to remember that drinking excessive amounts of water leads to low sodium levels and unpleasant side effects.

This is actually so wrong I drink so much water and it resulted in better sleep and much higher stamina and energy. I then observed my body when I stopped drinking alot of water I became less healthy and energy was super low....Not a hater but Bright sides wrong this time

During workouts in the heat, you should drink a little to keep yourself hydrated. Otherwise, you’ll throw up or pass out. But drinking TOO MUCH during a workout can have the side effects the video explained. I live in Texas where summers get around 115 degrees. You have to have water. But you have to balance it.

I listened to you last night and didn't drink (much) before going to bed and when I woke up during the night. I woke up three times anyway, was thirsty and got grumpy and now I woke up in the morning with a headache. Nope, that rule is not for me.

I could argue dairy foods are good for you or carbohydrates. Its about having a balance. In fruits and vegetables there are nutrients such as vitamins and minerals that if you overdose; there can be fatal side effects just like there are side effects for deficiencies. Just search any nutrient overdose (e.g. folic acid overdose) and you will find journals and a list of side effects of nutrient toxicity. Not safely processing pulses such as kidney beans is dangerous due to the toxins.
not only limited to this, but anything not in the right time (and in right amount), is bad as well.
Finally some people with healthy reasoning. This IS the Truth. People are forgetting more and more that the path of moderation and balance is the key to everything. The water during working out is real. I had an electrolyte deficiency and nearly died bruh. It was from drinking excessive amounts of water during training. My doctor told me if I must drink something to sip water or to swirl a big amount around in mouth. He also recommended that I drink Gatorade if I must have liquids .. I was staying away from sugars at the time but Gatorade truly helped.
