Thanks Kristen, you mentioned Water Buffalo milk also has only the A2 casein, this made me very excited because I had a sensitivity test where Water Buffalo milk was the only milk that I wasn’t sensitive to.

Thank you, Kristen, for this review. When I see new products like A2 milk on the shelf, I tend to pass them by because I don't understand the difference, nutritionally. As a dietitian, you provide the best explanations!

A1 gave me arthritis, absolutely crippled my knees but A2 doesn't affect me at all. Amazing difference.

@arveen8003I live in Oz. I only wish I could get my hands on some raw A2 but I can't. The A2 I do get doesn't hurt me though I'm delighted to admit. It isn't legal here.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing digestive symptoms. Sounds like perhaps it is not the type of casein protein that you are sensitive to.

    Please list the:
“Symptoms” & “Sensitivities” that ones may experience with the A1 milk.

I'm refering to the symptoms that people may experience that lead them to suspect that they have a sensitivity to dairy. Such as gas and bloating.

I was wondering if you noticed a difference in the thickness of the milk? I had some whole milk A2 this morning that I used to make cocoa. We are used to whole milk feeling thicker in the mouth. Any ideas?

I tried the 2% (I normally buy 2% milk) and didn't notice any difference in the texture. However, I didn't do a side-by-side comparison.
