As implied, "defunny" means to downgrade something funny. As it turns out, the video editor did that. It openly states "this video is defunny" at the start of the video. It was funny for 0.000001 seconds directly before the editor declared it "defunny". Therefore, *there was a change in the video to declare the video no longer funny* .
