- Join me for the ride on my 2017 Yamaha MT-07 where I talk about why I think this is a good first motorcycle or a good motorcycle for beginners in general... A lot of you probably know by now that my first motorcycle was a 2008 zx6r so to go from that to this was a complete switch up! Can confirm for all the people on an A2, even when this bike is restricted it's still great for wheelies, twisties and everything you throw at it :)

They sound absolutely amazing, more than likely the bike I’m going to go for once I’ve done my direct access, they look the part too, Id love a aprillia rsv4 but, the mt07 just seems so practical and sounds the business, wouldn’t say no to a mt09 or mt10 either 👌👌🏁🏁🏁
Couldn’t recommend this bike enough especially for a first bike so many good points about this and any bad point you can’t even complain about for the money

Good on fuel, confidence inspiring, good at wheelies, handles twists, so practical and easy to ride I want another one haha

I'm about to get a Honda Deauville as my first big bike. Meant to be super boring but I'm fine with that. Just want to tour around calmly and take in the scenery.
That’s so good! You made the right choice when you bought the bike for a purpose 👊 as long as the bike suits what you want from it you cannot ask for anything else and I hope you have a great time! Sorry for the late reply!

You guys get restricted engines over there across the pond? Hows that work?
Yeh they just throttle restrict or ecu restrict for people without full license it’s restricted to 37hp or something
I'm unsure whether to get the mt-03 as my first ever bike to learn on or get the mt-07 I want
Could go for the mt07 and get it restricted to 40hp?? then after a couple months when your more confident and comfortable get it de restricted

@@alvaroreyes5174 Pretty sure there’s a restrictor in the throttle so you don’t get full revs (meaning you don’t run the risk of whisky throttle)
Can this bike handle commuting on the highway ? I have a 40 min ride to work each way? Thanks In advance
yeh it definitly can but will 100% feel the wind, you could get a touring screen added tho which will help, other than that the bike is very stable and comfortable aswell, enough power, and a very easy bike to ride
