Thanks for this. I just got a 22’ BRZ and hope this fits it as well. The spacing and pedals look to be identical. I’m going this route because I don’t want to drill the pedal.

just installed mine, I took the pedal out.
I thought it was just mine, but is it weird that the pedal moves slightly side to side instead of up and down?

So after seeing this comment, I did notice my pedal did the same thing but its barely noticeable while drive or on the track. BUT there is also a possible fix to that, they is an adapter that you can put in where you can move the pedal closer or more away from the brake pedal. I believe the part is the Verus Throttle Pedal Spacer Kit and it bring the pedal closer to you and you have a 15mm-20mm lateral play (from side to side) and 8.75 vertical adjustment for the pedal. You can find it at FTspeed.com. I have thought about the part myself but l think it would be another learning curve after. Never know could be worth it.

@@adancisco Yeah I read about the verus spacer also. I have a 2022 GR86 though and Verus wasn't sure if it fits. I'm not willing to be a test dummy for this. The Cusco pedal works ok for now.

what do you mean it moves side to side? like it's loose? or there's slop? I have a 2nd gen also.

@@alexandram9477 yea theres like slop. You don't really noticed it when the car is on and your driving, but if its off, and your looking at the pedal you can see it flexing or "slop".
Its been fine for me so haven't really bother to care anymore
