I didn't felt energy increase when I was taking vitamin B, but I felt everyday was a wonderful day, and very happy.
Sweeeeeeeeet 😎
Hi which brand did you take
@@tonimarie6270 I took Vitamin B that was from a MLM company, but I think any well-known and reputable brands of Vitamin B supplements available in the market are almost the same.
I am taking B complex with vitamin c and Zinc every once in a while and I have been feeling great,I also take D3 and K2 once in a while.
I take 1000 b12. I get enrrgy but more like makes me fresh
I stopped drinking six months ago and felt like shit until I started taking a multi vitamin. I feel back to normal.
Still staying strong?
Thank you for the video👍. Could you please suggest which vitamin b complex is without sugar coated?
I like how you stopped all your other supplements. That is a great tip to figure out exactly how something works, or whether it works or not.
Except a lot of vitamins and minerals work synergistically/are dependent on one another to be utilized.
@@natasha09179 Well then you just make sure to take all of them that help eachother when using. That is a generality you are saying, and isn't true for all vitamins. Name some that need to be used together. I know vitamin D and calcium need to be used together, but I don't take calcium because it's unnecessary and causes calcium to build up in the arteries. So i do take vitamin D and I get my calcium from food.
Yes I like that too, but I wish he stopped like 1 week before starting to consume other vitamin for experiment
@@14bqdonk good point.
Yes! More videos!
I started B complex with methylated elements and it took a few days and I noticed quite a difference. A short time ago, I did 23and me health and traits. Raw data uploaded into a functional doc’s database program and sure enough, MTHFR issue. Support makes a difference.
Same
Which database program did you use?
I took B vitamins for a year. It worked out well.
B complex you mean ..and how much quantity
How much per day ? I want to do the same thing. An average human is very deficient in B vitamins, so why don't take them every day
Lmao, you’ve said so much it’s like you’ve said nothing at all.
Activated B vitamins in their coenzymated forms :
B1 thiamine hcl or benfotiamine or ttfd - my pick thiamine hcl & ttfd /allthiamine
B2 - riboflavin 5 phosphate (not riboflavin)
B3 - niacinamide or nicotinic acid or inositol hexaniacinate, my pick niacinamide (non flushing) & nicotinic acid (flushing , less than 50mg)
B4 - choline (bitartrate) or choline dihydrogen citrate, my pick choline dihydrogen citrate
B5 - pantothenic acid or pantethine, my pick pantothenic acid
B6 - pyridoxal 5 phosphate (not pyridoxine hcl), my favourote B vitamin esp when paired with amino acids and zinc
B7 - biotin or D-biotin
B8 - myo Inositol (taken separately)
B9 - folate , 5mthf / metafolin / quarefolic / generic calcium l5mthf / folinic acid , my favourite pick metafolin from merck pharma
B12 - cynacobalamin (absolutely no), methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, my pick methylcobalamin
Note: I have reversed majority of of auto immune symptoms after taking the right B vitamins, in the right form, right ratio, right dose and right protocol. I take a full activated B complex + plus some top-up B vitamins separately as well.
Which b complex did you take? I’ve been trying to find one that won’t make my anxiety worse.
Been taking b1 for about 2weeks. My anxiety disorder seems to have gone suddenly. Im so pleased. Wasnt sure what happened at first. B1 suppliment is the only change in my routine
Buy the fat soluble only. It stays in the liver longer
How long did it take you for the anxiety to go away after starting to take it every day
@@SoggySlopster about a week in, I just realised one day I felt different. Id forgotten what no anxiety felt like, I'd had it so many years. I did take twice the recommended dose for the first week as I knew I was in deficit
What brand do you drink? As i have anxiety and panic attacks. Please help
@@Aaronymous Brand doesn't matter! I just got cheap from ebay. They keep deleting my comment. I got 180 tablets 100mg
I found out I have the mthfr mutation, which is very common with adhd, and so it’s very important to take the b complex with methylated b12/folate. I notice a massive difference if I don’t take it or take the non methylated version. Clearly us asd/adhd types have various genetic polymorphisms and so must each find out the genetic issues/vitamin processing weaknesses we all have. Bio hacking is the future.
@Denise Moye, I believe a deficiency is from NonCeliacGlutenSensitivity ...which I have.
Thank you
How do we find out what genetic issues/deficiency's we have? Is there a specific test we can ask our doctor for? Also, how do we know if something is methylated and what does this mean? What's the difference ? Thanks
How did you test for it?
@@Easilyamusedmuppet I suspected already. I did the 23andMe test and then uploaded the data to promethease which analyses the data further for more in-depth testing.

B complex is not enough to help for ADHA. It must b a B-50 or a B-100 complex to see real results.
Thank you so much! I was wondering if you are on diuretics would it be better to take them separately?!
We can't even look at your product without signing up for an account. I wanted to see what the ingredients were and where it's manufactured.
Thank you for this amazing info Doctor LeGrande. I'm also feeling better taking B complex, however my b6 is only at 3mg in my B complex. Today I will begin 50 mg of b6 as they're proving it is extremely helpful for anxiety and depression 😊
Such a high dosages of B6 can lead to neuropathy. Dr. Petter Attia mentioned it. You can reseached its side effects before taking big dose like that.
Just be cautious of symptoms of peripheral neuropathy, as high doses of B6 can cause damage in the nerves of hands/feet.
50mg is too much B6.
Hello, thanks for the amazing video, I have try different b complex supplements and every time i get a headache and that night i cant sleep well. Do u know why this happens to me? im a little bit defficient in b12 and i need it but its horrible to take it.
You should totally do those disclaimer things at the end of advertisments, you're super good at talking fast :)
During menopause I took vitamin B complex after eating my porridge . One day I was in a hurry and took my vitamin b complex after eating 2 dates . I then felt a burning sensation from my feet up to my head and I experienced heart pulpitation and then red flushing all over my skin . The doctor said I had an allergic reaction . I think the dates clashed with my vitamin b complex but then again I had SIBO .
Make sure when your taking supplements they are plant vegan and organic ones with out chemicals you won't have sideffects try numinds they have high experts making these vitamins
It could have just been niacin flush. Look it up and see what you think.

I started taking high dose B complex, somehow I managed to get it prescribed for me, (a small miracle in this country) and it seems to help, I am more stable in my mood and energy.
That’s great to hear that b complex is working for you 😊
I heard they use to give Vitamin B shots. Instant rejuvenation
Wait, where do you live? You really need a prescription for vitamins??
I was so restless with increased energy and also it increases my anxiety i had to stop.
How much "other stuff" did you stop taking? Also active forms of B6 & b9? Wouldn't it be more scientific to not stop the other regular supplements?
He wanted to test the effects of just the complex.
Exactly. Should keep thinks at his baseline. Maybe these effects he observed were from shipping his current regime
Magnesium is a good cofactor to optimize the B-complex vitamins.
😆👍🏼👍🏼⚡🌟
Always start on a small dose … I cut my pills in quarters for the 1st month and after I started taking half of the tablet …
It helps tremendously to start very low on b complex vitamins…
It’s complex for a reason and body needs to adjust…
I take the “pure synergy” brand
Vitamin B Complex100 for 3 months, then drop it down to B Complex 50, Also with it take D-3(5000) +k-2 +one B12
Hi. I am taking methylcobalamin 500mcg per day and experiencing stomach ache, acidity and Gerd. Why?

I just started B5 today for skin health. I'm now hearing all these horror stories. Most people take up to 20 pills daily for skin benefits!!! I just took 2. I can't imagine taking 20. I'm also already prescribed medication for depression and anxiety. So I have to be really careful.

Julz, saving on groceries taking 20. I'll eat no thanks.
Which is the best time and method to take 500mcg of Methylcobalamin?
Funny how the only B complex he recommends are the ones he is selling on his website.
Why would he recommend some else’s products?
😂💀
If you think it's a negative, then why didn't you downvote his video? Ride that fence!
BINGO. Synthetic supplements are all garbage manufactured in drug labs - but you can't make money recommending food from the garden for your nutrients
To me it does look a little suspicious that he is selling what he is recommending. Too many people are in it for the profit, not for the good health.
Is there an interaction between b complex and statins drugs? Can I take them together after breakfast? I tried to separate them but then I forget :(
Glad that you mentioned the Activated B's
If you're a man, don't. Too risky. You get b12 from a lot of food you already eat. The supplements have excess dosages.
Look into thiamine b1, b complex, and keto or carnivore diet (low carb)
I've been told to take both water and oil soluble forms of B Vitamins.
Any side effects?
I have beta thalassemia minor, i read somewhere Vit Bs are good for people like me. Is that correct?
It's really scary when you said that you felt low after you stoped taking other suppliments because it really shows the depedency on drug!
Not a dependency...it's a necessity.
Drug?!? Vitamins and minerals are not drugs
I do have the MTHFR thing and on day one of taking a methylated B complex it feels like I’m on speed. I’m using glycine to help balance it out. Everyone says it’s so good for you but it feels so unnatural to me like I’m screwing something up.
What do you think about multivitamins
Its a miracle that my doctor prescribed this pill for me 😊
Doctors only get about 2 weeks of nutrition education. So unless they are self educated, they are clueless.
Aren't dosage of this B complex kinda higher than usual? 🤔
Does it help with metabolism?
I'm not sure if its a cocktail of natural supplements that i take as well as the b vitamins but does anyone else get a boost or buzz when taking these after breakfast?
You did not make a distinction whether or not these particular supplements are synthetic or not.
B12 made me dizzy and tired.
I tried different b complexes and never felt anything. I had hoped it would help with my chronic fatigue but no... Not a bit. But I have been advised to try high doses of vitamine B1 for my condition. That's what i am going to do.

As a Doctor, surely you would have realised that the optimum time woukd be 90 days as that's how long it takes your body to completely replenish all red blood cells in your body. (That's what I believe anyway but happy to be proved wrong).
No ur right I get blood work every 3 months and other docters told me this also
What other supplements are you taking? Do the other supplements you take have vitamin B6 and B 12 in them and would make taking Vitamin B redundant?
the thing that is tough with taking a b complex is that some b vitamins can contribute to acne...not sure on a work around with this

Eat animals liver like chicken or lamb liver it contains vitamin b12. Side effects included with tablets
How about nutritional yeast
Doesn't help if you have problem methylating (MTHFR mutation), and it's alot more common than people think. Methylated b vitamins is the way to go.

Ask my doctor about neurotransmitter test she had no idea what I was talking about?
Doctors only take 10 hours of nutrition classes
That speaks volumes
This is why they mock us when we come in with information, it’s out of arrogance that we could possibly know more than them.
Feeling depressed when missing out on a dose is normal?
Manufacturers recommend taking one capsule a day, but I actually started taking between 5 to 10 capsules a day and it was miraculous.
Tell me what happened to you. Why do you consider what happened to you a miracle?
That sounds very dangerous to your health, especially if it included the toxic B6.
It amazes me that this guy is a doctor.
Why is that out of interest ?
Should we chew/put on tongue instead of swallowing?
Read the label on the product you are consuming.. if it doesn't say 'chew' or 'put on tongue' or anything specific then just swallow with a bit of liquid. That's it.

Do you have Morton's toe (Greek foot)
Please share what your other supplements you usually take are
When I taking vitamins b my stomach cramp should I stop taking it
Yes you can overdose get tested first
Do you take it with food?
Well, it's not smart to ignore a warning sign like that. Synthetic vitamins are made out of waste products like coal tar and your body does not absorb them as nutrients.
Try small dosage at the beginning.
Cut your tablet in quarters for the first 2 months if you can
What is your opinion on nutritional yeast? I hear some say it's msg while others say it's broken down differently. IDK i just prefer something a little closer to natural :)
Unfortunately most nutritional yeast is either fortified (read: synthetic B-vitamins instead of food based, harder for the body to process) or is unfortified and has very low amounts of B2 and no B12. You can try and find a B-complex that is made from food instead of precursor chemicals. But this isn't to say not to use unfortified nutritional yeast. It's a great source of the other B vitamins.

I'm pretty sure you didn't turn purple. Why doesn't YT have the option : Don't like the thumbnail.
Is it safe to take the B-complex every day, all year long ?
Just be careful that it contains LOW B6 (P5P or pyridoxine HCL). That stuff is toxic. The body only requires 1.3mg per day or 1.5mg of B6 if over 50 years old. I am currently diagnosed with B6 toxicity and it's going to take 2 years to recover.

Everyone should take a B complex vitamin daily. At the very least, get a b12 shot frequently! Seriously just do it. Your body needs it. EVER body needs it
For metabolism? Also
pls mention the dosage
No, just eat a healthy diet.
I prefer to take B Vitamin Complex at night after a workout or a walk, and I really see a difference in my mental health, and in reduction of fatigue, even the next morning my mood and brain feels younger.
I just dont take a super complex, that is much more than 100% of my daily need, and if is much more than 100% then I cut the pill in two or three doses.
The thing is your body doesnt use all of this large amount of B vitamins and it goes wasted, when you go to the toilet after you can see your urine has a yellow colour and smell when you take a large dose of it

I began having dizzy and vomiting spells. Couple episodes were awful, almost losing consciousness, then vomiting etc. When I recovered, went to ER. They didn't
figure anything out, and dismissed me saying the diagnosis was vertigo and there was no cure. But another episode happened, and I figured it out that the occurrence
was after I'd eaten and also taken B-12 jelly beans. I was over dosing on B-12, which was the cause of dizziness and vomiting.
I was deficient in B12 n was prescribed methylcobalamin tablets, I felt the same, nausea n dizzy n just felt awful until I stopped the tabs n just got the shots which was alot better for me but basically wasn't due to overdose it's just some of the possible side effects of the tablets

if your B12 is Methylcobalamin, and you have a headache. It may be possible that its amount is too much since Methylcobalamin is an active form. Try reducing the amount if not work try another form of B12, Cyanocobalamin which is inactive form.
