    Awesome video!
    Ive got 2 questions that need clarified regarding those filtered decks.
    It happens once in a while that I must skip a day due to test or such (using Anki for class) and I then afterwards needs to catch up... Regarding the filtered deck:
    1, you said rebuild those decks every morning and study from them primarily #duetoday and then #overdue - what happens once Ive cought up- shall I not delete those #Duetoday and #overdue decks then?
    2: New cards - how do I handle those? I keep making new cards after watching lectures and learning new material.. How can I implement those?

    I saw that the reschedule add-on is compatible with the load balancer add-on. Is there any way to have both and still make it work, for missed says and what not, or is it just better to have one add-on or the other? I'm really split among the two.

    If I already used the postpone card review addon before this and want to undo it, what would you recommend? If I put a negative number in front of the postpone card addon to undo and then try this method with prop:due and filtered decks it sticks like 2000+ in the DUE TODAY category.

    question that Im thinking this video still helps answer. Say i want to plan ahead but instead of what you detailed starting at 4:03, I want to see cards due further in the future (likely mature or close to being so) in prep for a Shelf exam. These are cards that wont come before the exam date, but have been working on throughout the year and want to see them again in advanced of shelf before doing that as normal...is rememorize the right thing to do that.
    and would that browser key in be "Prop:ivl>=10" then rememorized as you shown, which would get all the cards in a deck that were past the Shelf exam date ?
    appreciate the assistance!

For instance, I have 600 reviews due tomorrow, but want to get a head start today, if I reposition all of them to today and finish say 200. Will the remaining 400 just stay as if they were assigned tomorrow?

    Thanks! that was useful. But I have some concerns:
    ,1- I don't understand at 13:34 why you put it "prop:due>-3", isn't that deck for the stuff you were actually gonna do on that same day (today in that time) ? so shouldn't it be "prop:due=0"? i didn't really get the bury part you mentioned after(that anki sometimes buries cards, is that a bug?), could you explain it please?
    2- In the same deck (#DueToday) why did you put it so that to include due cards that are in due > -3, like there could be 1,2,3 right (cards of future days) , is it that because now you divided all your Anki decks into 2 major decks temporarily ; stuff 3 days ago and more (past oriented, skipped days), and stuff after the 3 days ago (future oriented, normal future days)? sorry if my questions are dumb but i'm really new to anki

      @AnKingMed  Před 3 lety +1

      Only if you skipped the last few days. At 1:25, the 185% ease for early cards instead of the 250% ease are still true with the new Anki 2.1 scheduler ? I didn’t find reference to this in the faq (faqs.ankiweb.net/the-anki-2.1-scheduler.html) but maybe this : “Scheduling of cards that aren't yet due has been improved, and will show 4 buttons instead of 3.”
    And this author claims there is no more penalty for studying ahead. (ankiweb.net/shared/info/1705079002)
