- Venous leak (venogenic erectile dysfunction) is a really misunderstood problem. Great content as always! I stopped traveling and came back to live with my parents in March. I'm not dating until they're vaccinated and I've been listening and researching this topic a lot. @@farukulislam4134 It is possible to return to normal erections after being dependent on pills, in order to do this you have to stop taking the pills and start dealing with what's causing the ED in the first place which is typically porn addiction or a mental/emotional issue that needs to be resolved.

I feel like when people are stressed and anxiety their pelvic floor tightens as it is the first muscle to constrict sort of like a flight or fight mechancism. We know that erections start from your butt ,blood flow starts there . So how can a person get adequate blood flow or even maintain a erection with a severely tight muscle. Thoughts on this ?

I recently got diagnosed with venous leak via ultrasound angiography. I feared an arterial issue, ie, arteriosclerosis, but no, blood inflow is very strong. I have had a very stressful life so far, and the last 5 years were the most terrible. I'd suspect I have been in permanent fight or flight response but I have no idea to what extent this might play a role in venous leakage.
There have been several studies that have shown stress responses show up nearly identically on a doppler ultra sound. Focus on lowering your stress both for your erectile health, but also for your own sanity. Stress causes a lot more problems than ED. It's also good that you know you have been in fight or flight for a long time. It's easier to deal with a clear cause than a vague one.

I first thought that venous leakage is a purely physical phenomenon but I'm curious to find out to what extent my elevated stress levels are playing a role. So my efforts should go into reducing stress, it's about time anyway.
What are your symptoms? I am still able to have sex, I am finally getting my erections in the morning back but sometimes my erection feel weak. My doctors suggested tight pelvic floor but I feel like I could have leaky veins

A venous leak has two different and contradicting definitions that I've seen. The first is that there is an issue with the veins that prevents them from closing as the penis expands and therefore blood leaks out of the penis preventing an erection. The second definition is that a malformation or hole exists in the vein and this causes blood to leak out of the penis preventing an erection. The more I look at these two definitions the more I'm baffled that people think this is an ED cause.

Venous leakage is a really misunderstood concept. I would strongly suggest going to my website and downloading the free venous leak guide. Don't let that diagnosis discourage you, most of the time you can still heal your ED.

That's a great question. Unfortunately, that is an assumption that a lot of men make. Morning wood is actually a really complicated topic. There are a lot of reasons you could be waking up without morning wood that are completely normal and have nothing to do with venous leakage. You could be waking up after your morning wood went away, you could wake up in a different part of your sleep cycle, your body may not have had enough physical stimulation for morning wood. There are other more serious issues such has issues with your heart or blood pressure (you should consult a doctor about this one).
The best advice I can give is don't make assumptions about what a lack of morning wood means.

I was rock hard only 2 times last 4months and erection stay fully hard for like 5minutes, but now when i mastrubate i rarely reach 100% hardness and without stimulation erection quickly start deflating, i have all symptoms of VL, do you think i could have it in my case?
@@Njcsbrdhh-36yyy In my experience, true venous leak is incredibly rare. The symptoms you are listing also 100% fit with having anxiety which is much more common than a physical deformity.
