    • @NoPillsNoSurgery
      @NoPillsNoSurgery  Před 7 měsíci

      @@hero-gl4zy I haven't found medical publications that detail the kind of problem you are talking about. It's possible they are out there but I would guess it's not something that is widely studied. I have had clients who have experienced their ED worsening after cavernosography showing no sign of venous leakage. I helped them heal through similar methods that I discuss in this video. Typically they need to reconnect with how to enjoy sex instead of fear it. Sex is an emotional experience as well as physical. If you are worried about your erection quality you'll never get hard.

    Amazing video, great work! And alot things to reflect on! I done yoga-meditation-stretching over 10 years + being vegetarian. Lived long life alone and quess thats one of the reason i have mental tension. I found horse chest extract for veins. If i have problem or not, i think its interesting what it does after 6 months use! Of course i looked upp natural basic supplements for hormones-estrogen controll, testostirone etc. L-arine/citruline and other nitric oxide boosters. And all seem to make improvements in different ways. I think this topic is bigger then we think! And i dont think surgery, implants, PH5 inhibitors are best solution. I think we should explore the basics and see what we can do natural way!

Lifeextenion, venotone(horse chest extract) i been using around over 4 months.. 3 months full dose and then half dose/day. This will make blodflow more smooth and help blood stay there better. To get good flouid, i would recomend selenium, zinc and copper. If its right form, it works magic! I just try listen to what people have to say and see what works for me, all people are so different, and react differently to diffent things so its very hard to say whats right suppement for someone! Of course i use on and off natural testostirone boosters with tribulus, fenugrek, tongkat ali, fadogia agresis, etc. High tech pharma has some good stuff! =)

    great video
    im 28 and a year and a half ago i started getting weird and inconsistent erections. it happened suddenly and it happened within days when i found out i had a foreskin problem that i was very bumbed about.
    i know it is easy for the doctors to diagnose me with anxiety issues and stuff because of my age but isnt it likely tht i have a phsycial erection issue? how hard does my erection have to be in order to rule out a venous leak? its so frustrating and annoying and these doctors dismissing me is making me more and more frustrated. i just want them to do a proper test that will cancel out every single physical cause. to me, that would be the most reassuring way of getting over this IF it is a psychological issue.

    • @NoPillsNoSurgery
      @NoPillsNoSurgery  Před 3 lety +1

      @@NoPillsNoSurgery @No Pills No Surgery yes, phimosis. i was very sad and stressed out about it. i woke up one day withut any morning erection and i freaked out and automatically thought the cream i was using for the phimosis caused erection issues. i went to the urologist that same day and he told me that if i had normal erections just 1 day ago that i shouldn't worry about it. i didn;t believe him and ever since then ive been seeing more and more doctors to try and get a test and diagnosis. my erections have been inconsistent. some days i feel like they are normal and i am worrying over nothing but other days it really does feel like a leak or something. my argument is maybe my foreskin was so tight then when i tried and pulled it back for the first time (it was still tight) that maybe the tightness caused some damage to the veins and arteries. idk it's just been a super long and agonizing process and it's gotten so bad to the point where even when i watch videos like yours which are spot on with my thinking process that i am having trouble beleiving that this is a mental issue.

      Hi Joe, that's a great question. ED is complicated. It's often caused by insecurity and fear that created mental patterns you needed to protect yourself. They worked when you were younger but as you got older they became very harmful. I help men find these mental patterns and either eliminate them, or change them. A common example of this would be the fear of being left/hurt if you don't perform. When you remove the patterns that creates it, it allows the underlying insecurity to heal. When the insecurity heals the ED naturally goes away.

      Try getting an ultrasound with injection, thats the best way to determine if you have a venous leakage. Then visit a radiology surgeon and setup a dinamic flow Cavernosography MRA/MRV ( with injection while u wear a "dick ring" strongly suggested around the penis and scrotum ) and based on that ask him to embolise the leaking veins wich most likely will be Cavernosal/Crural, NOT LIGATE THE VEINS. If radiology doesnt help dont ligate the deep dorsal vein as its never recomended. Last resort is prosthesis

    Does it require a implant to fix a venous leak or what do they do to fix it surgery wise?

    • @NoPillsNoSurgery
      @NoPillsNoSurgery  Před 3 lety +3

      Venous leak is actually rarely the cause of ED. The issue tends to be an inability for the smooth muscles in the penis to relax due to anxiety. Your body is designed to not get hard when you are in fight or flight. You wouldn't want an erection while you're being chased by a tiger.
      To deal with ED you have to deal with the underlying fear and anxiety. I really don't recommend surgery. I think it has it's place but it's overused and harmful to many men who could have healed without it. If you deal with fear and you still can't get an erection, then maybe look at the surgery.

    • @osmanghani1962
      @osmanghani1962 Před 3 lety

      anxiety is also an issue. other causes of venus leakage are masturbation, vessel diseases. excessive masturbation at Young age when vessels are growing. At this point excessive masturbation damages the tiny valves of the veins responsible for holding the blood. So even though the blood supply towards penis is good and arteries are aslo clean but the veins can't hold the blood because valves inside the veins were damaged. so penis doesn't erect properly. In surgery they make cuts on the skin of penis to close some of the veins permanently it does works for some time but new veins regrow again and they have no valves in them. So the venous leakage occurs again and you end up having a penis with scars and waste of money. so this surgery is not recommended. but if leakage is at mild or medium stage according to penile doppler test, you may consider pills like viagra, cialis and things like shockwave therapy, and P shot. They can be the last hope. if they don't help than sadly the implants are last option for you. which costs thousands of dollars like from 11000$ to 30000$ depending on which country you are in and type of implant . AMS 700 lgx is best it looks natural Good luck.

      Thanks for the comment! Feedback is helpful to know if these videos are providing what you need.
      To answer your question, it could be a few things. The first thing to say though is your body isn't anatomically structured in a way to allow erections and walking for a long period of time. It's normal that standing up would cause your erection to suffer, it happens in healthy men too. Can you get hard again after you are standing in one place?.
      Do you have tension around your hips/legs/back? A good way to test this is can you easily touch your toes with straight legs if you bend over? The body is often partially in fight or flight in very subtle ways. Tension in the hips/legs is still a sign of that.
      It is possible it's venous leak but if your hips/legs are tight, I would lean more towards that.

    Someone can actually have physiological venous leak though, correct? Therefore it is not all related to the psyche.

    • @NoPillsNoSurgery
      @NoPillsNoSurgery  Před 3 lety +4

      Venous leak is always physiological. There are psychological factors that can lead to a false diagnosis of venous leak even with a doppler test.
      That doesn't mean venous leak is the cause of the ED. Veins are responsible for blood exiting the penis, not entering. If you have an issue in your penis with veins it would be more likely to be something like a priapism where blood couldn't EXIT the penis.
      If you have a confirmed venous leak with a doppler test, even if it's a 100% accurate diagnosis, it is likely not the cause of your ED. I haven't met anyone with a venous leak that didn't also have sexual anxiety. If you address the anxiety, your sex life will dramatically improve, and most likely your erections will return. Erections require relaxation, anxiety causes tension. To get hard, you have to relax which means dealing with the anxiety.
      It's also worth mentioning that worrying you have a venous leak is actually a form of anxiety. Pretty much every guy I've ever talked to about ED is concerned about a venous leak. Men with ED tend to fear more than anything it's a permanent thing, and venous leak is the thing men self diagnose with most. This is another form of the anxiety that shows up during sex when you are worried about losing your erection.

And I think it is a very salient question if you don't me asking it: If a doppler test DOES diagnose the reason for ED as venous leak, could it mean that there is actually SOMETHING ELSE (including physical) that is causing the venous leak in the first place, that is physical? Your problem might be related to your hormones like low testosterone including low Sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG). I suggest starting testosterone replacement therapy in addition to using carverjet with the peptide PT141. This peptide makes you horny and you inject it 1hr before sex. It increases your sexual desire and sense of touch.

    I recently got diagnosed with venous leak, which is defined as venous outflow of >5. I had 16 left and 18 right. Arterial inflow was very good, but outflow way too high. Since I informed myself about this condition and its prognosis, I'm in a state of panic. It's devastating. Since I got this diagnosis, it feels as if all that panic and anxiety I have now killed my erections completely. I'm so afraid of never having a partner again, and I certainly never thought my sexuality would come to an end at the age of 45. This sounds a bit dramatic, but that's how I feel. I was adivised to get further diagnostic tests (CT cavernosography), but I'm not sure what to do. Perhaps try a P-shot instead. I wonder whether my stressful joblife now has to leave my life, this job has been destroying me for years and it feels like I can't deal with this diagnosis on top of all the background stress factors. I'm lost.

    • @NoPillsNoSurgery
      @NoPillsNoSurgery  Před rokem +2

      Stress from life will always creep into the bedroom. You described your job as "destroying me for years". It would be good for your overall happiness to make a change in that area of life, but I would also consider it necessary for healing your erection issues. If you're overly stressed at work, that alone can cause erection issues because of the emotional nature of sex. If you already had ED and you pile that type of stress on top, it's a recipe for no confidence.
      I'm not a urologist, but I have helped enough guys with VL get their erections back that I'm to the point where I more or less ignore this type of diagnosis. The test shows blood is leaving the penis, but it doesn't show why which is really unhelpful. Could it be a venous malformation or injury? Sure, but it could also be anxiety preventing the smooth muscle tissue from relaxing. This type of diagnosis is also really flawed, if they didn't use phentolamine or something similar the diagnosis is literally useless. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15507415/

      @@NoPillsNoSurgery Thank you for your prompt response! That's very kind and I really appreciate it. I'm pretty sure phentolamine was not part of the injection and I remember I was quite stressed and nervous that day so that I think the sympathetic response played a role too. Also, and this was quite interesting, I didn't get a full erection even 15 mins after the injection, so that the urologist had to do the duplex on my half-erect penis. However, as I left the doctor's office and stress was going down, a full erection suddenly built up which lasted almost 2 hours. So I guess my nervous system played a role that day. Venous malformation is basically impossible, since I had very strong erections as a teenager and in my early 20ies. I started my stressful job life at age 24 and stress has not left me since then. I also have low testosterone due to a pituitary benign tumour, but I do inject HCG and my testo levels are now in normal range. However, I had low testo for many years as urologists refused to treat me appropriately, and this could have triggered fibrosis building up in my penis. I'm a complicated case unfortunately.

      @@christophdenner8878 If you got a full erection after leaving for 2 hours I would say it's time you at least explore the possibility you're dealing with anxiety. Every guy thinks his case is complicated, it's rarely the case. A hypothetical physical problem like fibrosis buildup seems less likely to me than the anxiety/stress you already know you have.
