Daemons don’t have biomass for the Tyranids to consume and Tyranids don’t get corrupted by the warp for Daemons to be interested in them, basically they just kinda mutually ignore each other. And second point, Tyranids do NOT have faster than light travel. Their ships are just a massive alive Tyranid, that manually floats to their destination, without going through warp. The tyranids on board just go into a stasis sleep with only the Tyranids specifically made to awaken everyone in case of invaders actually staying awake.
