Restoring volume to the male face requires a different approach to the facial contours. In this video, I illustrate how we can correct facial volume loss whilst preserving masculine features.
i would like to call you MASTER and ARTIST ... these folds are deep and very tough to treat especially in a male person with thick skin zone .. very well done DOC .
What’s the best filler for deep injections? On the bones, especially for lifting the jowls by putting it on the bone right over the masseter muscle? And for deep injection on the chin bone for protection? I tried Restylane Lyft and Restylane Defyne earlier, but I’m not a big fan of Galderma products. So I want to try Juvederm Voluma for those areas(MD codes),what’s your opinion about Voluma? Its G prime is lower than Restylane Lyft but the quality is much better, especially the VYCROSS™ technology. Please give your opinion.
Hi Darren, what's you're thoughts on permanent fillers? I've heard silikon 1000 is safe to inject in micro droplets. Could this be used for the chin area? Thanks
No! Threads lift, but don't restore volume. And in my experience, the results of threads do not last very long. I find the results are more consistent and lasting with filler.
A waste of money , the folds are still there , if would have been better to have had a proper surgical face lift , If you have a got a pair of trousers and you want to bring the legs of the trousers upwards , you don't add volume to the legs , you cut them , cut the excess material off and re-switch them , the same with a face , to lift a face up , the muscles and soft tissues needs to be cut , pulled up and re-switched , a face lift might cost more to start with but it is long lasting and you don't need to keep on getting fillers put in , on a regular basis . Pure dermal fillers are really only worth about $100 a litre yet people pay thousands of dollars for a small amount of the filler
THey are reduced significantly. But, yes, he would have had a better result with a facelift and fat transfer as part of the lift.He did need volumiation in addition to lifting and tightening the facial fascia.
@@tahirmahmood6316 Varies based on the doctor. and location and what exactly is needed. But a facelift is at least $10,000. Quite a bit more in many cases.
@@UltimoDogLover Oh god, can't afford that,, was after nasal lines lifted,, I was hoping to spend at the very most a couple of hundred quid,, (£200) no way near that 10k bull shite,, but thank you for letting me know
@@tahirmahmood6316 If it's ust nasolabial folds, filler can soften that. It's still more than L200. Not sure what it wold be, but not close to $10,000. It's temporary, tough, and needs to be redone every 9-12 months if it's filler.
I've never seen such deep nasolabial folds in an otherwise pretty youthful and unlined face. Good job on corection.
Amazing work Darren 🤩 Darren seems such a lovely person. He really cares for his patients 😇

Hi Darren, Could the same effect be achieved by threads?
