Dan, you are offering the best aesthetics instructional content on CZcams I have seen. I’ve never supported anyone on Patreon before, but it looks like you’re going to be the first! (BTW, I’m an experienced MD doing medical aesthetics in Abilene TX.) Question: is migration of filler with deep cannula injections less likely to migrate into the orbit than superficial injections?

When injecting the tear trough, do you also recommend filling the mid cheek area as well since loss of volume in this area is most likely the cause of loss of volume in the tear trough?
Also do you recommend tending to the temples when filling the cheeks?
it’s the first place to get hollow. it should not hurt unless u hit a nerve or vein

Most of cases I see tear troughs bcs combination by stick ligament and lose fat deep under eyes, so i usually need to dissec and full it in the deep part

Hey do you have the procedure on upper eyelid?? As by genetics I have very little fat undereye lid and not much difference with upper, now lower easier to correct but not much info on upper. Would love to study it from you if you have videos available cheers love your work dude!

hi Dan what size needle and cannula do you use 1.5 inch? 27 gauge cannula?
I just recently had Teosyal Redensity 2 with cannula for under eye. In just 4 days, the filler got deflated. I barely see any results:(

I had Prp under my eyes. It’s a very superficial treatment u have to keep doing numerous of times. I won’t do Prp under my eyes again.
