In this case and judging by the information you gave us, i don’t this Hollywood was to blame here. She made her own decisions over and over again. She chose and made her own path.
Hollywood did use her but she didn’t do herself any favours. She was arrogant and selfish and unprofessional. The men were using her but she was using them too. Tragic story.

I was thinking the same thing. She had several opportunities to fix her life, but alcoholism and, im sure, mental illnesses won the battle. 😢
