    Very informative, thank you! Do I need to cover the Bio-bone with a collagen membrane during a ridge augumentation?

    • @prfedu
      @prfedu  Před 2 lety +1

      No the Extended-PRF membrane (the Bio-Heated one) acts as a replacement for the collagen)

    Excellent. I am a regenerative physician and use fat in bone and on bone cases.. Also known as Biocellular prolotherapy, (adult Autologous Adipose derived stem cells AAASC mixing PRP growth factors) . Please comment. if I use Biofillar mix with AAASC from Fat.. I want to to intra articular..

    Hello Dr
    When we make bio filler or e-prf membrane
    We use L-PRF or C-PRF ?
    Because you written 700rcf in 8 min
    If L-PRF 300 rcf in 5 min
    If C-PRF 2000 rcf in 8 min
    Please explain

    Why can’t we use a red top for c prf ? This is an amazing video by the way. Thank you

    • @mikkelborgs
      @mikkelborgs Před 3 lety

      You could but it would make a clot whereas the white tube would allow you to draw up the C-PRF layer in liquid formulation.

      @@mikkelborgs If I understand it right! red tubes are glass tubes whereas blue/white are plastic, hence they'd stop the blood to clot

    • @ArnohChowdary-mb5lv
      @ArnohChowdary-mb5lv Před 3 lety

      I think we can use red tubes with no additives and anticoagulant, but it has to be plastic. Correct me if I'm wrong!

    • @ArnohChowdary-mb5lv
      @ArnohChowdary-mb5lv Před 3 lety

      I wonder if any one of them has clot activator!

    • @prfedu
      @prfedu  Před 3 lety

      @@ArnohChowdary-mb5lv No tubes have clot activators. We are ENTIRELY chemical free unlike all other PRF companies. We design tubes with certain hydrophobic and hydrophilic characteristics depending on the task.

    Just to confirm, are you using 10 ml tubes in all these protocols? I think the 13ml Bio-PRF tubes were made available after this video was posted. I’m using the 13ml bio-PRF tubes (blue) and my yields (upper layers) are much larger than what I’m seeing in this video, at the 700 RCF for 8 mins, so I just want to be sure the discrepancy is with the tube size difference and not something im doing.

    • @prfedu
      @prfedu  Před 2 lety +2

      We recommend the 10mL tubes but you can certainly use the 13mL ones.

      Liquid PRF - the 300 RCF for 5 minute protocol. Many doctors in your field will actually mix that with the C-PRF protocol at 2000 RCF for 8 minutes. This second protocol has more platelets whereas the first one has more fibrin. Combined together would lead to the best results but you can use either or individually. You can email me at info@prfedu.com if you'd like more research on this topic. There are many clinicians doing research in this field.

    What allograft do you find best for the PRF sticky bone technique?

    • @prfedu

      LifeNet Health - there are offices in USA and also in Austria. They have the best allografts based on our research team's work.
